Best-valued and undervalued hotel. I experienced the warmest service and welcome, with nice and polite staff. Location is perfect, nearby massage street and the beach. The breakfast is super fancy and delicious, with fruitful food and even ham that I can cut for myself. I highly recommend this hotel for you!

The check-out process was smooth and quick. During both check-in and check-out, we were offered snacks and drinks while waiting, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Sea view is great only during a sunny day. Since it’s the rainy season, we really appreciated the attentive staff, who always ensured we were covered with umbrellas whenever we arrived or departed the hotel, whether on foot or via Grab. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Also thankful for staff for enabling us to have a few more complimentary water bottles.

I recently stayed at Monarque Hotel in Da Nang, and my overall experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Sophia, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were very clean, with housekeeping provided twice a day. We were also treated to a complimentary dinner one night, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Monarque Hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in Da Nang.

I liked how all the staff were very friendly and welcomed me like family. This trip was to celebrate my son's birthday, and I was touched that the manager, Sophia, personally delivered a birthday cake to my son to congratulate him. Also, breakfast, afternoon tea, etc. were all delicious, and my son enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel is right in front of the beach, so it's easy to get to the beach, and there are many good restaurants, so it was a meaningful trip. I definitely want to visit again next time I have the chance.

I love this hotel. Stayed here before and will chose this again. I highly recommend Monarque to everyone. Perfect service, friendly atmosphere, comfortable beds, swimming pool with sea view, tasty breakfast and full afternoon tea.

Wow! I just want to say the staff is amazing. They are very attentive and accommodating. The location is perfect if you want to have beach days, you can just walk across the street. Afternon Tea and the pool area is nice. A lot of options for breakfast. The room was nice. Some wear and tear, but still comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in DaNang
