Included breakfast was adequate.  It is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. However on 2 of my 7 day stay I could smell cigarette smoke 🚬   In the bathroom and in the hallway outside my room. I complained at the front desk and nothing was done to correct the issue. Second hand smoke is actually more dangerous to inhale than primary smoke.  It is also a fire 🔥 hazard. Smokers on occasion fall askeep in bed while smoking and a fire 🔥 starts.  I will explore with my credit card company to get credit for 2 nights!   It also appears that there are ashtrays outside the elevator doors!!!!

I had a very disappointing stay at Tuyet Son Hotel in Da Nang and unfortunately would not recommend it. The experience felt misleading from the start. I booked a premium room with a beach view, and while you could see the beach, what they failed to disclose was that there’s a massive, active construction site directly in front of the hotel. It was noisy 24/7, and a huge crane with a bright, illuminated logo shone directly into my room all night. The constant noise and light made it incredibly hard to relax or sleep, and the lack of transparency about this felt dishonest. The hotel itself was not in good condition. My room felt dirty and neglected—dust everywhere, mold stains, and visible grime under furniture. I even asked for the room to be cleaned again upon arrival, but the second cleaning was just a quick surface job and didn’t make much of a difference. The shower/tub leaked every time I used it, creating a dangerously slippery floor. I reported it on the first night, and though staff said they’d fix it in the morning, it never got resolved. Each time I asked again, all they did was mop up the water. The pool area was another letdown. The photos were misleading—it’s very small, and there was only one lounge chair. When I visited, it was overcrowded with noisy children, and again, everything felt a bit grimy and poorly maintained. Breakfast was just as underwhelming. I tried it once and found the food and the dining area unappealing and unclean, so I skipped it for the rest of my stay—even though I had paid extra for it. I even looked into changing accommodation after the first night but wasn’t able to, so I had to stick it out. Overall, this was the worst hotel I stayed at during my time in Vietnam. It was neither comfortable nor relaxing, and I felt let down at every turn.

The location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach. There’s lots of shops and restaurants around. The pool is great! It’s my second time staying at this hotel. The water pressure is amazing!

Too many bugs on the wall and the bed. Staff aren't helpful.

The hotel was economy with small swimming pool. The staffs were friendly. I enjoyed it!

Location strategic..just near the beach..and straight line with cute coffee shop...the room so huge and facing the sea...staff also friendly and variety option of breakfast..the only thing that im bit dissapointed was cannot request for late checkout..overall was ok

Seaview room, beautiful scenery and friendly staff. Swimming pool available at 11 floor too.

It’s my second time to visit Da Nang and it’s been amazing seeing the beautiful city and beautiful beach.

We had a good experience here. Room was clean and had most ammenities we needed. Service was ok. The laundry was way too expensive though compared to the prices right in front the hotel and the breakfast buffet was uneatable for us so we just ate elsewhere.

Good view and convenient, staff very helpfull. Stunning view from roof top swimming pool. Definitely worth the stay.

The hotel is just opposite of da nang beach there were lots of seafoods restaurants around and convenience stores… receptionist are helpful and the buffet breakfast was great 👍 but
