I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Very clean and spacious rooms. I had an amazing room with a balcony view to the sea! I could just sit there and watch the waves all day! Thank you to the team at the hotel. You guys are the best! I highly recommend.

Very good in everything

I stayed 6days, hotel is quite far but, every staffs are very kind and thoughtful. Every foods are delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning service. It felt like a little cleaning. When I came back from going out, it was tidy, but hair and dust were piled up in the corners. Even the mat smelled like feet. Even if the room isn't humid. Everything was good, but one thing was disappointing.

คุมค่ามาก ไปกัน 4 คนตกคนละ ราว400 รวมอาหารเช้าเเล้วคือที่พัก 4 ดาว ห้องพักเเบบถ้าคนมาเป็นคู่ คือมีห้องกั้นตรงปกมากๆ เห็นวิวทะเล พนักงานบริการมากกมีไปส่งที่สนามบินในวันสุดท้าย คือเราเเละเพื่อนๆเกรงใจมากเลยมีให้ทริปไปด้วย เลิศคุ้มค่า อาหารก้โอเคสะอาด

1박과 0.5박하려고 예매한 저렴한 호텔입니다 방음이 안된다는 후기가 많은데 방음이 안되기는 안됩니다만 저렴하게 잘이용하고 왔습니다 ㅎㅎ호텔 바로 앞에 미케비치가 있긴 하나 조금 더 이동하면 해운대백사장처럼 생긴 곳이 나옵니당 호텔 앞이 모래사장이라 바람이 많이 불면 모래가 막 날려서 조금 불편하긴했습니다 그래도 잘머물다왔습니당 다낭호텔까지 그랩으로 20분 124,000동 나옵니당!

it is a great location which is in front of the beach and mostly all the hotels are on this strip . This was the second last on the strip ... however the view from the side window was amazing straight out to the sea . the breakfast buffet could do with some overhaul , still good though but not better than the Hanoi Graceful hotel which i reviewed earlier. The housekeeping staff was pleasant , and the rooms had plenty of space which was missing in the Hanoi hotel. I am rating this place very good just for the view and location of this hotel.

The noise in this hotel is absolutely horrendous, Indians shouting on in the corridor at all hour, staff knocking on your door early mornings! I stayed elsewhere for a few nights in middle of my stay and left 3 days early. Was promised a refund for these nights by the manager but that didn’t happen. Seriously if you want to enjoy your holiday stay elsewhere as this is the pitts.

I Stayed here for three months and had the place as a base. It’s perfectly located on the seafront and close enough to get to My Khe beach and the main beach bars and restaurants but far enough away so as to not deal with the noise or hustle and bustle that comes with it. The rooms are spacious and maintained to a nice standard, equipped with the usual amenities. The rooftop deck is nice for a view with a breeze but b mindful that the pool is very small. Good for a dip but not much more or actual swimming fortunately the sea is just across the road. The 2nd floor restaurant is very nice with a large indoor area and a decent sized outdoor terrace to dine with a sea view. Prices are reasonable but some menu items were not in stock the entire three months I was there so should probably be removed from the menu. The staff were exceptional and always willing to go above and beyond and help as best they can. I can’t praise the team enough as they really made my stay comfortable. Definitely my Hotel of choice in Da Nang if you want peace and quiet.

The staff here were wonderful. I even accidentally left my earrings here & the staff swiftly sent them back for me via express delivery, they were so helpful! The breakfast buffet had many good options. Opposite the beach, good location but in all honesty a bit out of the way of restaurants etc. We didn’t stay in Da Nang much, just did day trips so this was perfect for us. Lovely room, clean. Rooftop pool was great - it’s actually deep so you can have a swim!

Terrible rooms , dampness all over, asked for room change they didn't upgrade it . Hotel staff was not very helpful. Location is not that great either it's sea facing but far off from market or any food street . It's better stay at some place close to dragon bridge . It's has better vibe and more accessible for tourists

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was pristine, very clean and well maintained. The decoration is modern. The view from the balcony was delightful. The hotel provided a complimentary fruit platter which was a nice touch. The hotel is a little bit further away from the main strip of bars and restaurants, it’s pretty cheap to grab a taxi from the hotel.

We stayed here for just the one night, as a family of five. The room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. However, beware a booking anomaly for families/groups our size. We booked our room online, well in advance. When we arrived we found however that our room only had space for four - ie a queen and two singles. So they accepted a booking for five, but only had four beds BUT we were only charged for four people. So it’s a bit of an odd one. They also didn’t have a mattress to spare for the floor so our youngest spent the night on the floor on pillows. Not a huge deal especially when we were there for just the night and were only charged for four, but good for anyone else to know…

We booked 1 suite and 2 deluxe rooms with balcony. The check in was nice until they informed us that the 2 deluxe rooms « will be upgraded to Suite BECAUSE THESE TWO ROOMS WITH BALCONY WILL BE NOT AVAILABLE » even we booked and it has been confirmed. But anyways it’s okay for us. Then the bathroom has no cool water only hot water. We also booked buffet breakfast for 6 people of our family for 4 days. Its a family trip so we would like to be together for breakfast, but when we arrived at the breakfast this morning, there is no 6-seat tables were taken by some couple guests. I was asking for an extra seat at a 5 seat table so that my family can be together. Dung (with glasses) - the waitress replied to me « no! It’s impossible » like a robot answer. She didnt even asked me why? And even my brother tried to ask one more time she said the same thing « like no it’s impossible » without hesitation. For me it is not a nice interaction to your guests at the hotel. I like the hotels since its local and it is very well designed. However, some small parts brought me disappointed. I also work in a hotel in France so I know Customer service is very important. Thats sad that very little point bring bad experiences.
