Hotel looks exactly as pictures. Except the room floor was wet when we checked in (think they just done house cleaning), others are excellent.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I've left my handphone charger in my room after checking out. The front line staff informed me and I went to retrieve it. Appreciate their honesty.

Very disappointing service. We went with 3 other families and made bookings separately. On our first night, we had a gathering in one of the rooms. The staffs didn’t know we traveled together (nor did they verify politely at the first place), stormed into the room with our passport photocopies and challenged one of us did not register or check in (as if they are going to escort the person away with security guard). Turned out they made a mistake, not knowing we were traveled together, and just left the room. Problem was the attitude - didn’t call to verify, storm in with our passport copies and tried to match us one by one, made false accusations, it was almost a discriminating move as if they have assumed we must have hidden and sneaked someone in. Terrible experience. In addition, don’t pick room 09 and 10. They do not come with a proper door. Those rooms are equipped with glass doors similar to those you would find on a balcony. You can hear everything that’s happening in the corridor.

I love this hotel. Service is excellent from Bell boy to reception and housekeeping. Frequent by Koreans. It is very clean. The pool looks inviting. Location is close to the beach. Next to the hotel is the most delicious burger. Don't miss it.

It is a okay hotel. But I think they ads to Korean ppl so that there are many Koreans. Everything looks fine, but not special. Price wise, it’s good hotel to stay.

Such a good environment and vibe at the hotel. Especially the pool and the dining area are very good

Booked a family sized room for a group of 4 friends. It is larger than standard hotel rooms which is a plus. Clean looking, but can be better (dust at corners, a dead flattened cockroach right outside our door upon arrival). This hotel feels like a market in the morning breakfast service and in the day by the pool due to loud unruly Korean guests.

Stayed for 2 nights here and overall was great, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and the room! Moreover, we appreciated the birthday cake that the staff prepared it for my mom and knocked on the room door to sing Happy Birthday. Such a cute surprise! This was memorable and made my mom so happy. Thank you so much.
