Great location. Right across the beach and also Malibu beach club. Along the road, plenty of shops and restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. Room is clean, good breakfast. For beach facing, can view fantastic sun rise and moon rise. Lacking soundproof, can hear some music from across the beach club, but they stop/lower the music around 10.30pm. You may request for city facing room instead. And though no fault of hotel, we had noisy Korean neighbor blasting their TV next door for one night, and another night with HK/Aussie neighbor (room 1107) arguing/screaming for good 30 minutes at 1am and then slamming the door.

Location: somehow it was so windy from the hotel location towards to the end of the street. Convenient stores are nearby and not noisy. It has a nice infinity pool and I enjoyed the spa.

My experience was average, with both positive and negative aspects that contributed to a rather normal stay. The room was clean and adequately furnished, featuring a comfortable bed, a decent-sized desk, and standard amenities like a TV and mini-fridge. While the decor was a bit dated, it didn’t detract from my comfort. On the downside, the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. This was definitely a highlight of my stay. In summary, my experience was perfectly normal. While it had its ups and downs, I didn't encounter any major issues that would deter me from staying again. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest your head without any frills, it fits the bill. However, if you’re seeking luxury or a unique experience, you might want to explore other options.

The hotel and amenities are nice but it’s located in a more quieter part of town. If you prefer the quieter vibes then this is the place for you. The breakfast was decent and there was plenty of parking available for bikes too. You also get free 30 mins steam and sauna per traveller where you get the steam/spa all to yourselves (albeit a bit small)

The lift is extremely slow. Despite having 4 lifts they are not only used by guest but service staff as well. Overall the rooms are clean and walking distance to seafood restaurants and convenience stores. Very near to the beach as well.

The hotel is great and I love the Xmas decorations during my stay! Location is perfect. The breakfast provided was nice with hot pho and varieties of food choices. The room is spacious and ocean views are great. The rooftop bar is good! In terms of facilities, the gym is rather too small and the equipment provided is not sufficient.

The rooms waw very clean and the amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which has a very nice view of My Khe beach. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Services are good at the first, but disappointing with the followings: 1. While we in the hotel room, staffs ringing our door for serval times which is quite annoying as they keep ringing and just for asking some minor things. 2. At the last day, maybe the communication error?we asked for late check out in the early morning in the counter, we heard that the staff can help us extend check out time to 2pm and we can keep our luggages in lobby & use the lounge service until check out. We agreed with this arrangement. But while we still in the outside, I received an message from hotel’s staff which will charged us late check out fee as we cannot check out at 12pm, we are so confused with this, which it is not the same as the staff said. After further discussion, the staff finally clarify that he was offering us: use the lounge until 2pm & keep luggages in lobby, check out time is still 12pm. I think it is quite misleading as while the staff offering us that agreement in the morning, the staff clearly heard us concerning about the check out time, but we barely heard any words about check out at 12pm…And actually, we had asked for late check out & required charged fees if needed in the night before, but the staff cannot answer us and just tell us to ask another staff again while check out, and even not leaving any messages for other staffs for following up. We are quite disappointed.

We stayed at ocean front family room for 2 nights.  Spacious clean room. Breakfast buffet was tasty and a lot of variety.  Front desk staff was efficient and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view was excellently amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's amenities, like the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained with the fantastic views.

The hotel has a good location, but the front desk staff seem untrustworthy. Guests may request a room away from the elevator, yet they may find themselves assigned a room right next to it. When asked for a change, the response is often that the hotel is fully booked, despite available rooms visible on booking apps. Additionally, the breakfast prices are high compared to what's offered on the menu. Many rooms have unpleasant odors, likely from mold, and noisy ventilation systems make it difficult to rest comfortably. Overall, it’s not an ideal place for a peaceful stay.

We stayed 3 nights at the property, was an excellent stay. The hotel enjoys a beautiful ocean view and morning sunrises. The beach is just across the road. It had a very good spread for breakfast buffet. People who don’t eat beef pork like us will face some issue with most of the items at the buffet.

Great service, nice and warm staffs

The hotel is v good and clean and at the best location of DaNang, however, some of the reception staff is non-courteous and not easy.
