A great choice for a relaxing stay in Da Nang. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel is well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the rooms are clean with no musty smell. The ambiance is modern yet cozy at the same time. Getting around is convenient, with well-known cafés and restaurants located nearby within walking distance. Overall, my mother and I were very impressed and will definitely come back again! 😍😊🩵

Good location beside the river. We get upgraded to a room with balcony with round king size bed. The view was excellent you can see the dragon bridge clearly. It supposedly had fire show every weekend (fri - sun at 9Pm) however when we stay there were mourning period of someone important so the show was cancelled. The staffs here had good english. They provide free 2 small bottles of mineral water everyday, ask more you need to pay. Breakfast was good especially the beef noodle soup / my quang.

Arrived on 27 June 2025, and welcomed by friendly staff. Hotel room lacked a closet to accommodate my clothings. Make-up room staff were efficient in cleaning my room. Breakfasts were average, but some staff were too efficient that they cleared my hot coffee and table within 60 seconds while I went to take my food. They needed to be observant when serving guests, but a dining etiquette training course should help them. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with my stays in the hotel. From: Damus Yeo (Singapore)

Strategically located nearby the pink church, few blocks away from Hans Market, many eateries around, Golden Lotus Massage and a laundramat nearby. Bell boy came down to help to carry luggages. Front desk staff is always smiling and soft spoken, and upgraded my room. Breakfast spread is good enough and daily noodle selection is different. The only minor drawback is that the shower area is not separated such that water kept splatter the toilet bowl and basin area.

Good location with river view and near Han Market. Halal food within walking distance.

The location is good, you can see the dragon bridge, but you’re at the back end of the bridge, not the head where the Fire and Water comes from. I specifically wanted a balcony but the “balcony” was actually just a window (see pic) and there was no room to hang out there. There was a power cut and the generator failed so we woke up to no lights or AC and nothing had charged. I didn’t want to go for breakfast on this day as I wasn’t even sure it was possible. It would’ve been nice if they’d offered us a free coffee or something to make up for the inconvenience.

Bell boys was mad when no tips given coz just landed n no cash on hand, told him will pay later but still nag loud in their language ! Yes I did pay him afterwards but I already felt unhappy and I thought that’s their job by sending luggage to guest room ? Aircond at my sister room was not cold but reception just give them another key card to remain aircond keep working for the whole day but still not cold at all! Bathroom hot water will automatic turn to cold water when u showering and suddenly back to very hot water 🤦🏻♂️

The location is fantastic, offering a front view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge, and it's centrally situated within walking distance of many local eateries. The room is spacious, modern, and offers great value for money. The staff are friendly, greeting you warmly upon arrival and providing excellent care during your stay. However, the noise level is a significant downside. Being on a major street, there’s constant traffic, even at night, and nearby construction worsens the issue. The sound insulation isn't the best, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Service is good and location is convenient to city centre/ dragon bridge.  “Balcony” in Room with balcony is very small. Could be noisy at night for light sleepers as there was construction nearby.

Hotel staff was so friendly “Xin Chao”☺️, we love their amenities especially the spa area, food is nice at the resto and their hotel coffee in the room service and the coffee shop below. Location wise is convenient to all those shops especially the Dragon bridge, we can even see the Ba Na Hills night lights and the fireworks.

We really appreciated the fantastic bed, great shower (over a bath) and hot water. The views from both the bedrooms and rooftop were amazing. Breakfast for Westerners is a little limited but the staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate our vegetarian needs. Actually all the staff in this hotel were fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

I chose this place for their nice bathetub. Room is a great size and clean but the toilet is tiny... The bathtub took up half the space. It seemed bigger in the pictures. The location is really near han market, Danang Cathedral and Cho market. Love a good spread for breakfast buffet.
