Room was great, the view was amazing and location close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants around. They had a good Piano in the Lobby and we were always the only people in the pool We had breakfast buffet in the first day but after that a la carte The soup was good

I had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the counter staff were very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Overall, everything was very good, and I would definitely book again. A few points for improvement: It would be helpful to have an in-house phone to contact the front desk. The air conditioning could be upgraded—despite setting it to full power, it was still quite warm, and when set to higher power, it became noisy. It might need some maintenance. A wider variety of breakfast options would also be appreciated. Looking forward to my next stay!

It was not bad, when I book I ask for a high floor where they answer they have 3th floor available and after they didn't answer on the msg. When we arrived they tried to give us the 2nd floor where I was showing the msg about the higher floor after a small argument they gave us 3th . Breakfast was not so good we went around 8:30am and almost everything was empty so we didn't have some choice The view from the roof was absolutely amazing.

The bathroom had a continuous disgusting odour like a sewer. I was in Room 1302. I couldn't tolerate being in the bathroom for more than 10 seconds at a time. Staff were aware of this issue yet allocate that room. Hotel could only change the room the next day. Breakfast was basic and acceptable. Location was good. Advice, book another hotel if you can

Was not good there was 4 bed in room then they moved me to a other room. They were useing the room for storage. Wost then I ever seen

The Hotel is clean and nice with sea view.The receptionist is very helpful.And the Driver is very friendly and full of care person and he will take you good places and restaurants.Will visit again.We book for family room for 5 guests.

It's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault. In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us. But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff "Miss Suong" took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further. Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff. For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview. During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home. Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏 Thank you, and thanks a million times to the entire staff of Nhat Minh Hotel and apartments. You are my best experience in my entire life's hotel experiences. Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life. I believe that at the end of the day, the people you meet make your experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nhat Minh. Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that. As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental. About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk. If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40. Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one. This review is not written in the spur of the moment but written 8 days after Da Nang, 2 more places and back to Singapore.

The hotel’s staff are especially helpful and smiling all the time.

Go for the corner room with beach view , the view is worth watching

We were quite pleased with the hotel. It was a 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to many eateries and coffee shops. The staff was ever so friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. We booked the Deluxe King Room with Sea view (floor to ceiling windows with lots of light). A big bed and a bathtub were important features for us. The breakfast buffet was good but basic, but again very friendly staff members. The safe in our room was broken which was a bit of a downside. We'd certainly stay there again.

Although the hotel is rather old & the room curtain railings were in need of repairs as some parts were letting the sunlight in since the room I had, had full windows left to right. But overall it was clean. Breakfast was good but could be improved.
