Ponte Boutique

A small but cozy and very green hotel a few hundred meters from Da Nang beach. The room was generous; while it looked a bit spartanic, it didn't lack anything substantial. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and while the shower is a tad small, bathroom equipment was perfectly fine too. Kitchen utilities could be improved, though; proper mugs and more cutlery and plates would have been useful. We actually booked a room without a balcony but got upgraded to one with one of the largest balconies the hotel has to offer, which was very nice. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, with reception calling beforehand whether and when we wanted the room to be cleaned. A small detail, but it's a nice service. We had our laundry done once, at a reasonable price and it was quick too. Reception was always friendly and helpful. There is a popular café/restaurant directly across the street which might be quite loud in the evening. Closing the balcony door usually helped, so it was not much of a problem. The location is great besides that, with tons of cafés, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The closest ATM is quite far away, though. The street allows for easy ride-hailing. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (large roads need to be crossed, but traffic in Da Nang is not nearly as bad as in some other Vietnamese cities).

Comfortable mid range hotel just 5 mins walk from the beachfront in DaNang. Not the busiest of areas but taxis to other places in the city are cheap and really available, even on rainy days. We didn't take breakfast as there are a few little cafes just around the corner.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It is just OK but so much potential. Housekeeper doesn’t provide soap or toilet paper when you run out. You have to ask. It is super noisy at night due to a bar next door who blares music every night until 1am. This may be petty, but why all the plastic flowers?? Both the room balcony and pool are so unappealing we never even stepped foot near them. The door to all the rooms is composed of wood slats allowing the bright hallway lights to flood the room at night. We had to create a blockade of 2 suitcases, 2 pillows and a bath towel to block the light so we could sleep. So many other better places in Danang.

Cute but basic, hotel pics probably need updating as the lush green foliage is about half of what you see and the pool is a little worse for wear. Service was good - seems like it's a family owned and operated hotel. Staff were nice and attentive. We had some laundry done - quick turn around but a few stains remained. Breakfast was delicious but funny exchange in that you can get coffee or juice, but not both.

It was a good stay in Ponte Villa, the staffs speak little English but they are helpful, they even allow me to check in early, give us a list of restaurants in Danang. Room is spacious with lemongrass fragrant, very comfortable bed and room, super clean, nearby got many restaurants and cafe, and only few minutes walk to the beach. Even breakfast is not included in the room rate, we paid 95k Dong with good breakfast, worth the money, highly recommended
