Mercure hotel was truly the highlight of our stay. Staff were super friendly and attentive. I have to appreciate and special thanks to Mr Bon, Assistant front office manager. He was so good at managing our needs. Our stay at Mercure hotel was fantastic mainly because of him since he allowed us to late check out. I needed some rest before I headed to hoi an and his help was indeed useful. Also to mention the fact that he upgraded our room as well with the most fantastic view. The foods, accommodation , cleanliness everything is 10/10. Super recommend to check out this hotel.🤍🤍🤍

The staff were very helpful, especially the bellman. He provided great service and was very nice. I don't know his name, but he was wearing glasses and escorted me to my room. Thank you for the excellent service! However, the Wi-Fi was not working. If I didn’t have my own internet, it would have been a really bad experience. Regarding the room, there were some small stains on the pillow. The refrigerator also had a musty smell and was not cooling properly.

Very rude staff. As per big hotel name we found hotel manager and staff at reception was extremely rude. Did not meet our expectations of customer service. Although, beautiful location. Beautiful property. If you don’t mind rude people and people who behave with you as per your ethnicity must visit hotel once in life time. Although bell boys and buffet breakfast supervisor was very nice. Hotel restaurant waiters were nice too but if you do not get any welcoming behaviour from front reception staff I think it does not matter.

Everything was so great especially bell boy were very helpful and willing to help. Only one rhing that I cannot connect the wifi

It’s the only option to stay in Bana hills - the location is excellent absolutely. You can enjoy the night of French village and the early morning of Golden Bridge. However, despite of the great location, other dimensions like cleanliness and service are just okay. I found hair on the showerhead. The hotel service was not that enthusiastic. What’s more, extra bottled water comes with an extra charge, which is not what you would expect from a high-star property. The in-room facilities are quite dated. Staying overnight on Ba Na Hills leaves you with limited accommodation options, and this is the only choice. You are mostly paying for the location.

Yes it is the only hotel on bana hills they have diffrent building for rooms . 1 st they give in diffrent Bulding . the room was so average according 5 star hotel . And our 2 rooms ac not working . We ask them to fix it and they . Try to fix it but later they . Give us new upgraded rooms in main building . That rooms was good .

The hotel offers great value for money. The view from the window was nice, with a good view of the surrounding buildings. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the air conditioning was very cool and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bell staff, who were very attentive and did a great job assisting with our luggage.

The place is heavenly! It’s like walking in the clouds. The Mercure hotel is excellent too. They have our room decorated with cake on our anniversary. It made our celebration more meaningful. The staffs are very attentive. Although they can’t speak fluent English they will try and make you feel welcome.
