We stayed for 7 nights & had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean & very quiet. The 2 pools were both clean & refreshing & the gym was well equipped. The staff were amazing with special mentions to the restaurant supervisor Tanh Tanh who taught us some Vietnamese language, reception manager Vivian who helped us change rooms when one wasn’t suitable & Ni Hung & Tina who were lovely. We had breakfast included but only ate there once as we don’t normally eat breakfast, there was a great selection. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by restaurants, massages, bars & mini marts & only a 2 minute walk to the beach with more bars & restaurants there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Cicilia Hotels & Spa in Da Nang, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is just a short walk from My Khe Beach and it’s also near many restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, well-maintained and there was a nice sea view. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet included had a decent spread of local and international options, though it can get repetitive if you stay for many days. As the room is facing the street, it can be a bit noisy at night due to traffic. The internet connection was sometimes unstable, but no issues as we had local data roaming. During peak hours, the breakfast area can get quite busy, and seating and food may be limited. Would highly recommend staying at Cicilia Hotels & Spa and will stay here again when visiting Da Nang in the future!

Receptionist were helpful & friendly. Coffee house hostess (Tina), was sweet & friendly. Housekeeping needs minor improvement. No one turn up to check on the room door despite complaints. Overall, the service was good & the staff were friendly & helpful.

A Perfect Oceanfront Getaway! 🌊🛁 I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an unforgettable experience. We booked a room for four with an ocean view, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all-glass windows that offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. One of the highlights was the bathtub in the bedroom. It was such a unique feature, allowing us to enjoy a warm bubble bath while gazing out at the serene ocean. The combination of the soothing bath and the stunning view made for a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway. We were also fortunate to witness some beautiful sunsets from our room, which added to the magic of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. Can't wait to return!

Very good cicila hotel

Had great experience staying at this hotel Modern and beautiful decor inside the room, eventually in some small places it start to showing its age, but overall experience was excellent. 3 mints walking to the beach and close to a lot nice restaurants and marts. Breakfast has many local and international choices. Staffs were welcoming

This is my 2nd time staying at Cicilia spa and hotel.  Reason being is always the staff friendliness and courtesy. I took the deluxe room on this trip which had side view of the sea and a balcony . Though it wasn’t the best but it was alright . Air con was working too good and the hot water was slow . Besides the small shortcomings it’s the location that is always prime  Special shout out once again to the front desk crew of vivian , Loucy and tun . Breakfast crew - believer , Tina and others .  Cheers

Nguyen Le Anh Vy was very helpful in changing hotel rooms when the opposite room was disruptive and creepy. Great stay.

Ms. Tina and the Front Manager, whose name I can't recall, both approached us and asked how the service was and if there were any improvements they could improve. Both of them were very friendly. A minor improvement needed is that the pillow was too soft, which, from my personal experience, caused discomfort in my neck. Other than the time, I was quite satisfied with the 3 nights stayed. The surrounding area had many food centers and massage centers, making it convenient for those who love massages to grab one at any time.
