My stay was amazing, hotel is situated 5 min walk to the beach. Reception staff super friendly, clean and comfortable room, quiet surroundings and the hilight is the magical restaurant downstairs. Great value for money.

Нужен был отель для проведения онлайн переговоров. Пошли навстречу, заселили раньше чек-ина. Успел искупаться и спокойно весь день работал. Не было мыло твёрдого. Всё остальное было отлично. Расположение. Сотрудники были очень вежливыми и дружелюбными.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were dirty with corners not having been cleaned for months or even years. The floor was sticky with grime. The furniture was covered in dust and partly falling apart. The shower was moldy and limescale everywhere. Ants were in my room on the third floor. The towels and bedsheets were stained and smelled horrible. When the cleaning ladies came in, I don't know what they did, but they didn't fill up the empty toilet paper. The TV wasn't working at all. There are no safes in the rooms. I paid extra for a room with a courtyard view but the window was tiny and there was no view on the courtyard. When I told the receptionist that the room was dirty, her only reaction was to pressure me into writing a 10 star review on Agoda.

This hotel is a scam. We booked a family room with 2 queen beds (1m6*2m) but when we get there, the room is mossy, 2 beds are very small, the toilet door is broken and can’t close properly. When we complained to the reception, they said the toilet door can’t be fixed and recommend us to use curtain to close the toilet door with is riddiculous. We have to move out right away. The manager don’t charge us anything. I would not write this comment if after 3 days I went back to the hotel to return the motobike I rented and the male staff charge me 1 day extra fee (because I return the bike late 1 hour). Usually if you return late one hour, they don’t charge or charge half price. How come a hotel do this dirty tricks to take money of the customers? And all the photos they advertise is new, but reality is different. When I leave the hotel, I wanted to call back to review the situation with the manager, but the male staff pick up the phone and said this hotline is not Pergola hotel. I would like to review this so everyone know how some small hotels do business here in Da Nang

Полетели в Дананг с семьей и из пяти человек: двое взрослых и трое детей. Отель искали через booking. Выбрали данный отель чисто по отзывам. Главным приоритетом была чистота и близкое расположение к пляжу. Приехали мы раньше времени, девушка на ресепшене любезно разрешила нам оставить свои вещи в отеле пока подойдёт время регистрации. Нас заселили в номер с двумя 1,5 кроватями. В принципе, хватало места. Номер чистый, без запахов и пятен на постели. Туалетная комната тоже чистая. Очень хорошая скорость интернета и кондиционер отлично работал. По номеру нареканий нет. Завтрак был включен, каждый день мне на WhatsApp писала девушка и уточняла, что мы будем есть на завтрак, но так как мы не употребляем в пищу свинину для нас выбор был ограничен, но всё же было нормально: сендвичи с сыром и яйцом, панкейки или яичница на выбор. Каждый день давали горячее молоко, в какие-то дни йогурт и фрукты, в какие-то дни просто фрукты (бананы). Персонал в ресторане очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Девушки и мужчина, работающие там просто милашки. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить прекрасную Qinn на ресепшене, которая всегда выполняла наши просьбы и пожелания, всегда была заботливой и приветливой. Ее напарница Micasa тоже приятная девушка, вообще отдельная благодарность руководству отеля за таких работников. Все очень профессиональны. Ради такого отношения всегда хочется возвращаться вновь и вновь. Не понимаю негативных отзывов тут, меня все устроило. Из неудобств был только ремонт дороги рядом со входом, но это не вина отеля и к их работе отношения не имеет. Отличный отель за свою цену
