Location is good. Reception is functional good behaviour. Restaurant not working. Room is spacious. Not maintained. Bath room broken, ac not working properly

no food facility is available there even I have booked for breakfast included and they also didn't return my press (iron) which is of blue 🔵 colour,in one word very very bad service

The geyser was not working. Tv is not working, not subscribed for any channels, no waste paper basket towels and bed spread provided only after request
morning coffee comes after 9am only after two requests

When we reached in the night, it is all dark and shabby, in the room, nothing is maintained, bed springs broken, dirty bed sheets, phone to connect reception broken, mosquitoes in the room, when we asked for all out they said they don’t have n will give coil and we requested that we have an infant with us but they said we don’t have, we asked for mineral water, they didn’t have stock only. Horrible stay. I would suggest never anyone to visit that hotel.

Excellent hotel with good interiors and nice spacious rooms with comfortable king sized bed and sturdy wooden furniture and comes with cupboard to store your essentials and the room were clean as well

At the heart of bu-xi bazaar, this place is more than decent for a short stay or a work trip. Even if you arrive early (check in is at 12 noon), it’s a smooth check in process
