My GF and I staid for a few in the lovely hotel and it was perfect to explore Cusco. Super kind and helpful staff and no problem that it is a bit outside of the city center as you can easily walk it. Was also no problem to leave our luggage for a couple of days when we were on a trek!

It’s a small hotel what makes it very homey. The staff knows who you are and go out of their way to help you. Especially Daniella was a great help. The rooms are clean and cosy. It’s a very safe neighbourhood and you can do a lot by foot. You can leave your bags safely there during a multiday tour.

EL HOTEL ES MUY BONITO, CADA HABITACIÓN TIENE UNA DECORACIÓN DIFERENTE Y EXÓTICA, NO ESTÁ TAN CERCA DE LA PLAZA DE ARMAS PERO LLEGAS FÁCIL O LOS TAXIS SON MUY BARATOS, CUESTAN ENTRE 6 Y 8 SOLES. EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE, ODALYS Y YENALI SON MUY ATENTAS Y EN TODO MOMENTO ESTÁN AL PENDIENTE DE TODO LO QUE NECESITES. FUE UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY AGRADABLE, SIN DUDA VOLVERÍA.

La atención en el hotel es magnífica. Tuvimos un problema de salud y nuestras hijas pudieron quedarse cuidadas y tranquilas allí hasta conseguir el alta médica. El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía. Habitaciones limpias, ropa de cama impecable, atención permanente.

Fiquei hospedado uma semana no Wifala, fui muito bem recepcionado pela Rebeca e a Daniela, muito atenciosas me deram todo o suporte durante a estadia, quarto bem arrumado, cama macia, serviço de limpeza do quarto impecável, durante minha estadia meus passeios se iniciava de madrugada e as meninas já haviam preparado meu café para sair alimentado, recomendo muito.

Recepcionistas muito atenciosas e nos receberam muito bem no hotel. É próximo ao centro (dando entre 15 a 20 min caminhando), mas nada que atrapalhe. Tivemos um pequeno problema em outro hotel e eles foram bem solícitos em nos ajudar. Quando saímos para os passeios, prepararam um saquinho com pão e suco para levarmos.

Gostaria de dizer que a experiência foi sensacional. As meninas que nos acomodaram são de um coração quente e muito amáveis. Nos sentimos totalmente em casa em toda a nossa estadia, inclusive, quando não passamos bem pela altitude elas prontamente nos deram todo o suporte nos auxiliando a melhorar e se preocupando com toda esta questão. Quartos arrumados e café da manhã ok! Obrigado por tudo Yangela, Rebecca e Dani!

Un hotel con verdadero encanto con un personal (Daniela, Ángel y Yeisson) atento, cariñoso y que te hace sentir especial. Muy recomendable y además, puedes llegar andando a la Plaza de Armas en quince minutos. Para repetir siempre
