The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped.

This hotel is gorgeous. It has a unique layout as it was a house in the 16th century. I had two different rooms, the junior suite and the regular corridor suite. The junior suite is incredible, and the regular room is modest in comparison but very nice as well. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is quite good, and the hotel is so clean and inviting with character. Close to most attractions, easy walking score. Guido at reception was especially inviting and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and anything I needed he took care of it. He is a gentleman and everything you could hope for from a 5 star hotel staff. Love this hotel.

Our favorite hotel in our week-long trip to Peru. Historic building, updated to be modern inside without losing its elegance and charm. Perfect location in the historic part of Cuzco, steps from one of its main squares, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Our suite had a 16th century mural. The beautiful courtyard in the middle of the building gave light to the hallways that surround it. The place felt like a museum and our room was decorated in beautiful replicas of paintings and period furniture. The service was efficient and very polite. The shower was hot with powerful spray, and the beds were very comfortable. Prices were very reasonable when we booked online. Overall, cannot ask for more.

Staying at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel was most definitely a 5-star experience. Not only is the location great, but the accommodations were magnificent. Comfortable beds, luxurious showers, and great internet service. But beyond this, the staff are really what make this hotel so special. My wife celebrated a milestone birthday during our stay. I asked the front desk if they could help us make the day special for her. They went above and beyond to decorate our room while we were out, make a special cake for her, and to sing her Happy Birthday in both English and Spanish. It was amazing!! There were smiles everywhere! Thank you, Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel staff!!

We loved the Aranwa Cusco Boutique hotel for our 25th Anniversary trip this July/Aug. The hotel was unique in style and ambiance. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly with a special thanks to Antonio, Marco and Mijail who made us feel at home during our stay. My husband had injured his leg and the hotel offered a walking stick and checked on him daily. We are so grateful to all the staff who work so hard to ensure a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful, well located hotel. We loved walking to the nearby square to visit shops and restaurants. Muchas Gracias!

Seriously 5 stars! Our party of two used Aranwa as our base while in Cusco. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect and staff were so thoughtful and kind! We left multiple days in the 4am hour and they packed beautiful hiking breakfasts, stored our luggage and let us check in and out with ease. Loved walking around the halls looking at all the art and drinking coca tea in their beautiful courtyards and sitting areas. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel and very nice and friendly staff. I enjoyed a lot our stay in Cusco ! The hotel is full of art work and it has a very nice atmosphere. The interior courtyard is amazing; breakfast very nice and with a lot of variety . We wish to go back one day!

Truly wonderful hotel. We stayed in room 215 which was a gorgeous big room with two queen beds, a living room, balcony and dressing room. Breakfast every morning was wonderful. Hotel is right in centre of old town. We felt very safe there. Lovely courtyard, in the centre of the property. It was my bday while I was there and they spoiled me with flowers and balloons in room and cake at breakfast (all at extra charge). Hotel is like a museum. So much history and artefacts around the place to be enjoyed. A very special hotel with wonderful staff. I suffered altitude sickness while I was there and they charge £5 for a mask (25 soles) which u can reuse. The oxygen helped me feel human again

This was a lovely, elegant hotel just minutes from the main plaza in Cusco. The rooms are beautiful and the amenities were so welcome after a hike in the Machu Picchu area. The service was exemplary and the breakfasts wonderful. A very classy place-thank you!
