I had a terrible experience, upon check in the hotel representative informed us that the room we booked (2 queen beds) is not available thus we will give a small (1 bed) room.
Upon making them realise that they have already taken money from us they advised it’s subject to availability. I had to
Argue for an hour and ultimately had to adjust in this 1 bed room as my daughter was very tried of the flight..
Next morning I was assured that if a room becomes available they will offer me at a certian time , I had to inform trip.com to help and even after that at approx 5pm next day they offered me the the 2 queen bed room that I paid.
Most of all in this entire process of 2 days the customer service was beyond poor and rude. They almost made me beg for something I already paid them for. I am a frequent traveller but I have not come across any service like this.
