Comfort Suites Cullman I-65 Exit 310

We had a very nice comfortable room. Comfortable bed, sheets, and towels. It was a very quite room. The only complaint was the outsiding lighting was so bright that the curtains just do not block out the light even with the heavy blackout curtains. The hotel was clean and attractive. They offered infused lemon water and sweet tea upon arrival. This is a very welcoming touch that is greatly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful. I especially appreciated the freshly sliced tomatoes to go with my eggs. It is very rare to find something this unique and special. I thanked the lady who ran the food service, and she told me that they source as much as they can from the local farmers' market down the road. This is something I greatly appreciate- local fresh food. The food choice was more than adequate, I had an omelet, with bacon and the fresh tomato slices with a bagel that I shared with my husband. My husband had the grits and an omelet with bacon. They offered the usual carb fest of bagels, English muffins, etc. I think there was a pancake machine. There were boiled eggs. Another real treat were cans of V8 juice (original). I don't drink the usual sweet type fruit juice, so this was especially nice to have a tomato option. Overall, the breakfast bar, gets a 5 star rating! Fresh tomatoes, V8 juice and even the little omelet which I usually find flat and flavorless was good. It actually tasted like it was made out of real eggs and not something poured from the box. Overall, a comfortable room, a comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast.

The best for sure! Denise was so kind,the motel was beautiful and clean,the breakfast was delicious,a great mexican food place to eat too! will be back! Loved the feel of the clean motel,it was very good!!highly recommend for a place to stay travelers!!

We stayed here two different times on the way to and from Florida. Both times we had a king room on the 3rd floor. The first time it was fairly quiet on the side away from the parking lot, the second time it was noisier facing the parking lot/highway. The elevator both times could be heard as it makes a "ding" when it arrives to the floor, not a problem unless there are folks coming in at 2 am (the second time we stayed). The rooms are typical - fridge (no freezer), coffee maker, microwave, thermostat on the wall with a window unit for ac/heat. No hand towel racks. Nice big rooms. The toilet in the first room made a dripping sound which I mentioned to the front desk when checking out. The beds are firm, but I use a mattress pad. The lobby has 24 hour coffee, tea and lemon water. The breakfast is typical hotel - but their sausage was cooked nice! The staff at the front desk and breakfast area are very nice.

This is the best Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. It was decorated so cute and welcoming in fall foliage including adorable pumpkins---from the parking lot to inside the hotel. The staff was top notch and very welcoming! They loved their jobs & took pride in it---this was so touching & admirable. The hotel was sooooo clean-- from the breakfast area to my suite, including linens, bathroom, etc. The breakfast was very large and included many options. What a joy to stay here! If you are anywhere in this area--I recommend this hotel!

This is probably one of the absolute best Comfort Inn and Suites that we have stayed in. They have so many amenities. The outdoor pool was heated and was so nice. All the staff are amazing! Logan and Elainy. We're working customer service and they have excellent customer service skills! We arrived earlier than expected and we're still able to get into our room a little early. They have refreshing Beverages and cookies complementary. The room was really nice and clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was amazing! I have never seen this much food offered for a hotel breakfast. They had biscuits and gravy and sausage scrambled eggs boiled eggs yogurt scones watermelon cantaloupe pineapple strawberries waffles even had milk and V8 juice along with the coffee. It was better than a restaurant buffet! I most definitely will stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! I would give them 10 stars!!

Pleasantly surprised by my first stay at a Comfort Suites. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was warm and welcoming. Room was clean. Yes, there were was a place I could see where they had to retouch paint but it didn't detract. The furniture be seemed new and clean. Heat did not use the fan all night and when it did come on it was reasonably quiet for a window unit. Lots of lighting. Fan in the bathroom. Sleep love seat with ottomans separated from the bed by a half wall. No road noise until 6 am then loud. Will try other Comfort Suites based on this experience!

We stopped to stay here for one night while on a road trip. The lobby was all decorated for Easter and so well done! After a long day of travel, it was a a treat to walk in and see the wonderful decorations. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast also was very good. This is our new place to stay when we travel through the area.

Staff was very friendly & cute little hotel. Only negative I had was the comforter was white with flowers at foot. It had a dark stains on it like a woman’s mascara. They need replace them. Otherwise room was clean & decent size. Bed wasn’t terrible, I would say moderate in comfortable rating. I loved the smell of the shampoo/soaps provided. We was only there long enough to sleep so no clue how anything was as far as pool & etc. Breakfast options was decent but not a lot of variety. For the price for double queen room with fridge. I would stay again & recommend it to others.

Not the best and not the worst. Pros first would be the room was clean and updated, the gentleman at the front desk upon checkin was very friendly and cordial. The cons. Rooms do not have a USB hookup anywhere. But main cons were beds are pretty firm and not super comfortable, the rooms are very loud. You can hear the person next door walking, doors slamming and every single vehicle that passes by. That is with the AC running and a noise machine going. Definitely a negative with the noise limiting rest. The hotel was conveniently located and felt safe. Like I said not the best and not the worst. Would probably opt for a few dollars more for the new Hampton inn next door.
