Wouldn’t do that again! Dirty grimy rooms and broken tv’s. Understaffed and barely functioning as a hotel. Go to the Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was welcoming and met all our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We traveled as a family booking multiple rooms. All members enjoyed the stay and slept well. We have annual reunions in Cuero and have stayed at several hotels in this city. Moving forward we will only stay at this location.

In all the hotels that I've had the pleasure of staying in I am very pleased to say that this hotel ranks at the top of the list.

We stayed in 3 rooms because we had 8 family members. Rooms were clean & AC worked well. This is reliable 2-star place so don’t anticipate 4 -star accommodations. The 3 staff members we encountered were very friendly & helpful. One major problem in 1 room. My 23 yr old daughter woke up with bites (bug bites) all over her face, neck, arms, hands buttocks and legs. We called the office and they verbally apologized. She stayed in room 119.

We were told we go the last available room, that it had a small leak but that it had been repaired. It was still leaking but not that bad. Due to the proximity to the venue we were going too we decided to over look the leak. When we got to the room it had a musty smell. The carpet was stained and dirty. Then when I pulled up the covers to the bed, it was disgustingly dirty. Dirt, hair and an unknown bodily fluid left by the previous guest was on the bed. Do not recommend at all run far away from this place.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff that were very helpful even late on Thanksgiving night. Convenient location right across from HEB. Plenty of room in the suite for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, upgrading and cleaning. Carpeting on bottom floor very dirty and debris was present the full length of the hall. Garbage was present outside the door upon arrival and still there next morning. The third-floor hallway had no a/c. The hotel needs to be updated and cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to the rooms as well has the appearance of the outside. Parking lot has sink holes and debris scattered all around the facility. The actual room had an odor, and the room was in need of cleaning and upgrading. Breakfast was mediocre to say with the choices and quality of the food displayed. The front desk clerk was present when we arrived and again for the early shift of the day, that was the only staff seen during our stay.

I think that this is a great place to stay. I had no problems. I do wish that there was a little different items for breakfast but, I did like it overall because I was able to sleep and I was able to park my semi truck and trailer, made for an easy exit in the morning. Plus I could see my truck from the room.

Nice to have hot breakfast, eggs sausage, biscuits, Gravy, waffles, juice, Large clean rooms They upgraded me to a queen suite. There is a guest laundry. They don't service the rooms daily, which I actually prefer.
