El hotel es bonito y te hace sentir en Cuernavaca. Lo único malo es el aire acondicionado, ya es viejito y hace mucho ruido.

Todo super bien, el personal es amable y el hotel es excelente para viajeros de negocios.

El hotel estuvo relativamente bien y aceptable, tuve un problema con mi reservación y me hicieron perder el evento por el cual fui a Cuernavaca, esto debido a la aplicación por donde hice la reservación, me dijeron el mero día que yo había cancelado y que sacara mis cosas, les mostré los correos y mensajes donde decía que estaba confirmado y una señora por medio de mensajes de Whatsapp decía que nos sacaran, que el reembolso caería después y que no era asunto de ella, las personas del hotel estaban marcando demasiado al grado de ir a la habitación con personas de seguridad para sacarnos de la habitación, se dieron cuenta que ibamos de salida y no importó, perdi mi reservación del evento al que fuimos

Emmanuel was courteous and very friendly as he helped us carry our bags to our rooms. The hotel is in the city, but once inside the property, it felt like you were away from the city. The room was bigger than I thought and had a great balcony. It was quiet as well. The furniture in the room might need to be replaced. However, the bed was great.

The hotel was clean but was missing the following: needs refrigerator Ironing board to small Safe was not working Toilet was flushing properly No alcoholic beverages were available Other than that it was okay Restaurant was amazing Great customer service at restaurant Food was delicious

Had a great time at this beautiful property! Outdoor dining, pool and manicured courtyard was an oasis to relax and unwind. Service was top notch and staff was very welcoming and attentive! Ivan, Emmanuel & Beto did a great job-Thank you!!

I tried to get a room but the staff told me the hotel was closed even though I saw guests walking aroung. Later I found out it was because they were selling alcohol without a licence. How can you trust a place that is clearly has no interest in obeying the laws and regulations. Did they really pass health and safety regulations? No way to know now.

It is a great hotel, family and pet friendly, the rooms are beautiful and very comfy. Also the food is well served. The only thing I expected was a climatized pool, because that’s what they told us when we called, it wasn’t cold though. Great experience.

Hotel very well located, away from the noise, small bodega-markets, bakery, a coffee place, and a botanical garden at a walking distance. Great pool with a bar to end the day with a drink after visiting museums and walking in the center area. Food was great and plenty. Emmanuel was one the workers that went beyond duty to make everybody feel welcomed.
