Amazing Gifft Hill Villa! Villa Mangaade is a delightful Caribbean home with panoramic water views of the Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas. The evenings provide spectacular sunset views and at night you will enjoy the twinkling lights of St. Thomas. The villa, built by Tom Bertolino, features beautiful St. John stonework, dramatic vaulted ceilings and Schnell lighting. This spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa is your idyllic island home. The villa has all the comforts of of home--AC in the great room and all bedrooms, WiFi, Cable TV in loft and at the pool bar, Smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms and safes for your valuables, washer and dryer, and hair dryers. The villa also has lovely island amenities such as outdoor showers and 7 different outdoor living spaces. The villa is rented for groups up to 6 people. The dramatic floor to ceiling sliding doors, that run across the entire width of the main floor, provide breathtaking water views. Open the doors to enjoy the soothing trade-winds and step onto the large balcony to have your morning coffee in the relaxing rocking chairs. The fully equipped and newly remodeled galley kitchen opens up to an outdoor dining patio with a convenient gas BBQ grill and table. The large lap pool, outdoor bar, private sun deck and hanging hammock chairs will make your day at the villa fun and memorable. You may even spot an iguana or two! Villa Mangaade, which means Mango Lane, is located on Gifft Hill, about 600 feet above sea level. It is a quick 7 minute drive to Cruz Bay town. The local power company, WAPA, is extremely unreliable and brown outs and black outs happen daily.
