Hotel Arenas del Pacifico

Arenas del Pacifico Hotel is a little gem in Crucecita. It is minutes from the Zocolo, but far enough away to be quiet, especially at night. The room was spacious and very clean, with a small balcony overlooking a lovely pool. We had a small fridge in our room, which was great for beer! Breakfast was included and was good - lots of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only aside was our room smelled a bit like mildew, but it was not an issue at all. So many birds to watch!

I loved this quaint authentically Mexican hotel close to everything. The rooms are simple and with everything one needs. I was provided with a fridge upon request, so handy with all the shops so close by. The pool was wonderful and clean. The breakfast was excellent with different choices daily. There are 4 restaurants right next door and many more within blocks, and a market across the street. It's only a 40 peso taxi ride to Santa Cruz Beach. There is no elevator but that was fine by me, the exercise was good! Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

This is a very basic, clean Mexican hotel. Little English is spoken here, but staff is friendly and very gracious. Beds are comfortable and rooms spotlessly clean. The breakfast was really very good. They had several options of traditional Mexican breakfast foods with wonderful table service most days and buffet style on one busy morning, but all the food was kept fresh. There is a small pool and a nice seating area around the pool. This is not a fancy place. We stayed also at the Villas Blanca, which is notably upscale and quite lovely, but I rated this place the same due to the overall quality for price and the attentiveness of staff. If you enjoy a more authentic Mexican experience and want to save a few bucks, this is a Greg option.

The property is on the outskirts of La Crucita El Centro Huatulco. Got our daily exercise climbing the stairs to the fourth floor. Nice room and bedding Unfortunately on the weekend property was full and noisy throughout the night. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.We felt very comfortable. Great daily breakfast poolside. Balcony overlooking pool and gardens. Very clean. 10 minute walk to El Centro. We took taxis to the beaches very affordable. We moved to their sister property 12 klm away the Blue Bocana on the ocean a sea view property. Small pool and roof top restaurant . Great food and service. A two minute walk to the beach. Rooms were very nice and clean with a lovely view. We preferred the Blue Bocana, great service , quiet except for the dogs and Roosters. I’m also a ocean lover so I was in my element. We really appreciated Irvin, knowledgeable and a kind soul. We felt like family❤️ We would definitely return. We would recommend both properties

A wonderful experience overall. The front desk personnel were professional, efficient and friendly. They even asked if we would like a small fridge in our room. Within 15 minutes, we had the fridge. The rooms, lobby, and pool area were always very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. There is a grocery store very near, and it was only about a 3-block walk to the town square. The maid service was good, and we always had what we needed.

This place is awesome! The rooms have air-conditioning, and the people who work here are very polite and very helpful. Some places won’t give you more than one roll of toilet paper. This place will give you what you need. They also have refrigerators that they can bring to your room. Air conditioning is definitely necessary down here and they have it. You can also bring your Firestick. Their TVs are new enough that it will hook to the back of it. But you do have to pay 1295 for a month of VPN service to get it to work on the TV.
