房間空間較大，乾淨衞生，位置較偏但是安靜。酒店旁邊有一家牛排餐廳，早餐和午餐晚餐都供應，味道很好。建議入住。

dinner next door was a bit crap so 4/5 but great customer service in the hotel, breakfast and dessert were fine :) the actual hotel is quite attractive to the eye too from the outside. to be honest, it’s a very standard premier inn. rooms have tvs, wifi is a bit slow but that’s expected from a hotel tbh

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, modern amenities, and spotless rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Highly recommend! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and a cozy mattress that made for a perfect night’s sleep.

Friendly and efficient staff. Check-in was quick, and the team was helpful with local recommendations. Amenities: There's an on-site restaurant serving good value meals, including a nice breakfast buffet. Free parking is also available, which is a bonus in Guildford. Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean and well-maintained, as expected from Premier Inn. Overall: A reliable and affordable option for a stay in Guildford. Ideal for both business and leisure, with a great location and comfortable rooms.

Great rooms, clean and comfy, brilliant staff..very helpful and always did it with a smile. Special thanks to Ram for all your help. Breakfast was great too lots of choice and hot food... need new toasters though so slow and very ineffective

Great location, very handy to go into the city, the staff is just lovely, very friendly and polite, always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choices, it was quite impossible not to find something good to eat. Definitely will return.

We booked this room to attend an event locally, was suprised by the cost! Quite expensive for a budget hotel. The room had an awful smell, window didn't open, Mouldy room - walls and ceiling and stains on bed. no staff around to help. Avoid at all costs

The location is great for all our travelling needs. Facilities great and exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. What made it excellent was the staff at Premier Inn and the Beefeater for our breakfast, everybody was so lovely and helpful. A special thanks to Mabel, you went above and beyond to help us, you are amazing and helped our trip even more memorable. Look forward to seeing you all next year x

Excellent service provided as soon you enter into this hotel.veru friendly lady in reception well come with big smile on the face.room was spotless clean.there is tea and coffee facility in the room with biscuits.will definitely going back there

fantastic service as soon we enter the building very warm welcome with big smile.gentleman help with our luggage to room.room was spotless and the bed was very comfy.hotel offer free parking haveing plenty of parking space.breakfast was good as well.we will definitely book again when we are in town.

Very old tired scruffy old style Premier Inn, very disappointed that it hasn’t been updated. No air conditioning, absolutely roasting in our room, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t wait to leave.

The hotel was nice, exactly what I would expect from a Premier Inn, but the car park was very noisy at night with what appeared to be deliveries or men offloading stuff from vans. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Beefeater) was good. Lots of space both indoors and out in the huge gardens, but they struggled with accommodating me with my gluten allergy which was a little disconcerting. Staff need to be fully trained in these areas. I had to complain on three occasions about the food, not something that I like doing.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Croydon South and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. This lovely hotel stands out for its exceptional customer service and comfortable accommodations.Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive to all my needs throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcome and well-cared .

free parking and I was just about able to park a Luton van. Room was clean, very small bathroom but huge floor space. Plug sockets hanging out next to bed. No lift. Noisy rooms - could hear heavy snoring all night, could hear other peoples tvs etc. Receptionist in the evening forgot to do the breakfast booking so had that surprise in morning. Took a while to sort with the morning reception team but got there in the end. Staff at breakfast really good, friendly. Food was good although weirdly it was placed high up for the cooked buffet, couldn’t quite see. A child definitely wouldn’t be able to see.
