Room is clean and comfortable, there is no fridge in the room , only vending machines at the lobby

This hotel is all about the staff!! Firstly Rachel on reception. She’s absolutely wonderful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble !! She sorted a small issue out whilst training another person. She’s so good and is an asset to your business as is Rory in the restaurant. He really is lovely , dresses so good too and nothing is too much trouble!! He definitely is an asset to your business!

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a kid running around at 11pm in the room above us on our first night of a three night stay. The staff didn’t hesitate to change our rooms. The food was tasty, our room was clean. Overall, a great experience! I would recommend this place for anyone!

Had a lovely stay at premier inn cribbs causeway. Staff were lovely and happy to help. Extremely good with the children, they were very happy with their little gifts. Very comfortable beds.Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would 100% recommend.

Incredibly comfy bed/bedding. Staff at breakfast were Incredibly helpful, nothing was too much for them. If you were happy then so were they. Lovely to see in a job that can be thankless at times. Breakfast was red hot, replenished constantly. Helen + Aleena, amazing 👏

I stayed here a total of 4 weeks and I can't say anything negative about the people that I had met! Although a few names stand out, Rachel on the reception was an absolute delight, always smiling and always happy to hold a conversation! Cathy, she made the whole dining experience first class when she was working and her colleague Marcus that also worked in the restaurant was very professional and polite while he was working! I have to shout out Helen on the breakfast shift and poppy behind the bar, really nice bunch of people and made the stay really welcoming.

Lovely hotel, staff were nice and friendly. Had dinner in the restaurant which was great, and an all you can eat buffet for breakfast which was also just as good. Room was clean and comfortable with everything you need Overall great stay, would definitely return

Brilliant stay. The premier plus rooms are lovely and the soaps smell lush! The staff were friendly. Breakfast was busy so I helped clear some tables but the staff were so over run bless them. The food was good though. Will definitely come back again . Thank you

Reception staff are useless. The woman completely ignores you! Even when stood waiting to be served at the bar, they look at you and don't bother coming over.. clearly don't want to be here! Not the friendly service that I've had at other premier inns. No hello, Good afternoon, nothing. The waiter at dinner was great, very happy, helpful and chatty
