This was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it for the price. They did a nice job remodeling. It felt clean and absolutely loved the salt water pool (although would love more if they had some nice lounge chairs to enjoy it more). It was nice to have access to a gym with some free weights as well. Since I have food allergies and am limited on where I can eat out or even eating the complimentary breakfast, had brought my food for the weekend. Unfortunately it went bad because the fridge wasn’t working properly but I didn’t find this out until the next day when the food wasn’t cold. Although the staff was super amazing about immediately replacing, that part was a little disappointing. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and hope to stay again someday!

What a beautiful transformation!!!!! I travel a lot and I'm actually from Crewe, but live out of state, so to see this motel become the gem that it could be, is wonderful. Service was great, the room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I can't wait to come and visit family again and to stay there.

Great remodel of an old 1960s era motel. Friendly service, hot breakfast, fridge and microwave, comfortable bed. What else do you need? Less than a half hour to Farmville and the High Bridge Trail State Park.
