Overall I was very happy, with the welcoming staff pet reception, the room with very comfy warm and clean. The bar area also very clean and up to date. The only thing that let it down is arriving in the car park and the outside area, very untidy litter just outside the entrance and in the car park, not very welcoming when arriving.

Hotel is right on the main road with lots of parking. Car park is covered in litter which is probably an ongoing issue being next to the road. Staff were excellent, very helpful and resolved any queries. Bed linen clean. Room was scruffy with poor repairs, poor decoration. Bathroom walls were not cleaned and there were splashes/marks/fluids down all the walls. Fixtures and fittings were old and deteriorating so they were uninviting too. We had a room at the back of the hotel away from the road and just stayed one night. It was convenient and relatively cost effective but the room needs a deep clean and some TLC.

Ok hotel. Bit noisy from the road but clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. A bit of a walk to the town centre for any decent meal. Petrol station next to it so convenient for an early start. Staff ok. Beds comfortable. Slept ok. It’s a premier inn.

I stayed here for 1 night recently and found the hotel lovely. The staff were really friendly and the room was typical Premier Inn. It was on the back of the hotel so very quiet. Breakfast next morning was good and plentiful. Location was good with plenty of parking. Recommended

the place is filthy cobwebs everywhere filthy walls damaged furniture more stains on the chairs and bed then csi Christmas party really bad smell of drains the bathroom had mildew everywhere just not a nice place to stay I will never use premier inn again and top it off the breakfast was so bad I just had some toast

Booked for two nights, a typical Premier Inn, nothing fancy about it, it did the job. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast was nice - wouldn't be a fan of the sausages but that's a personal taste. The evening meal was just OK, luckily we were hungry or the steak would have been sent back as it was over cooked. The chips were terrible and over cooked, the burger also over cooked, but we were hungry. Outside the hotel could do with a tidy up and make the smoking area better.

Stayed for one night for a family function close by. Great hotel, clean and comfortable with excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Meal deals was excellent value for money, great choice from the menu and cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend 👌

The pillows were like sleeping on bricks so didn't have the best nights sleep but the venue, location and staff were excellent. breakfast was minimal but ticked all the boxes but could be a few more options for kids but they eat free so cant really complain. overall good hotel.

Great spot for Gatwick. Nice staff and only 10 minute taxi into Crawley town centre. Remarkably quiet. Not at all disturbed by traffic despite being by a main road. Clean and good facilities. The welcome was great and staff answered all our questions well.
