Stretching from US 129 at the Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap, Moonshiner 28 winds its way southeastward 103 miles through Franklin and Highlands North Carolina before turning southward into Georgia and South Carolina ending at the sleepy town of Walhalla. More of the Outdoors/Adventure Type, we are located 16 miles/25 min from NOC Nantahala Outdoor Center, Tons of Hiking trails, Waterfalls, Appalachian Trail, Cherokee, Clingmans Dome, Blue ridge Parkway, and many more. Nestled between Franklin and Bryson City, this location offers easy access to the attractions of both towns. The property runs along the picturesque Little Tennessee River, providing multiple spots for fishing, tubing, kayaking, or picnicking. Conveniently situated directly off Bryson City Road, the house is easily accessible for all types of vehicles, including motorcycles and sports cars. Please note that, like many mountain areas, cell service is spotty in this area. Guest Access -You will have access to the basement, which includes a washer and dryer. -There is a two-car garage available for parking your vehicles. Other Things to Note Cell phone service is not available at the house. However, you will have Wi-Fi access and can communicate through alternative apps.
