Amazing place with a lovely view, but not very comfortable. For example pillows are not very fluffy. The pool is ok, of course you have to pay £4 for each session. I think that add some slippers for pool is very necessary.

The hotel is very very good. Location is great, rooms are nice and cozy, you get shower gels, hand soaps included. Parking is large and always space. For the price I will definetly be back. Don’t look at the other reviews that say this is a bad place. As soon as I walked in it’s an antique luxury feel. Corridors are slightly outdated but rooms got a big tv, comfy beds, new bathrooms. My tv remote didn’t work unfortunately. But customer service is great aswell. Definitely be coming back when I’m here

It’s a huge hotel used for conferences and weddings. The corridor carpets and decor looked tired, however I was pleasantly surprised by the recently refurbished room. Nice fresh decor, and new carpet, fridge, Bosch coffee maker, large screen TV, iron, ironing board and trouser press. There’s a pool and leisure centre there also, although I didn’t have time to check that out. Plenty of parking as well. Don’t expect to get a lay in though, there was quite a bit of noise from people in the corridor from about 6:30 with guests from coach parties and workmen up an off early and cleaning staff talking at normal volume outside the door. Check out is also before 10am. Worth the £45.56 it cost me though.

I wish I had the option to give zero stars. A staff member named Dean (or Deen) was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. His behavior demonstrated a lack of training and customer service skills, making it clear he is not suited for this role. I strongly recommend the management address this issue, as his conduct has left me with a highly negative impression. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I was asked to pay again upon arrival however I had paid for my room online. Then I was allocated a room and whne I entered it there was already someone occupying the room. This was quickly reslived, however not how you want to check in.

Was noisy doors slamming. Some areas had a funny musty damp smell but the reception was lovely

Please fix the whole room. Broken light, we had one working light in the whole room. No pressure in the shower. Smelt like a nursing home. Thank you for nothing.

Fantastic hotel , loved our stay . The facilities were spot on and the food was very good. We will looking to go back in the very near future.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. The staff were friendly, there is a health club attached. One tip, the road that leads to the hotel is in a poor state of repair, drive slowly as you approach.

Good pice , not bad quality

The lady in reception who was working until 11pm was VERY helpful. Lovely lady. Maybe late 40s or so, didn’t catch her name. The rooms being key operated shows their age and the lock on the door didn’t work, but I felt safe anyway! :)

Average hotel with minimum quality specially bathrooms. Just if no other options available then you can stay there.
