We stayed in Jan - Feb 2022, a group of four from the United Kingdom, and had done much study before choosing this as our ski accommodation. We were aware of the location having stayed over the road in the (now defunct) Dahu for a number of years. Having driven down, and survived the OMG 20 mile traffic queue into Moutiers, we arrived later than planned and hoped for a quick and efficient check-in. This we got, so were soon parking our car in the underground secure facility and using the lift service to get our stuff to our room on the second floor. On walking into our apartment facing the Rue de Plantrey, we were delighted with the apartment, more than big enough for our group of four. Based on two levels, with the living area and kitchen fronting the reception hall, shower room and downstairs loo. Upstairs, three more bedrooms, and a separate WC and a bathroom. Lots of storage space throughout (with an allocated and lockable ski-locker on the ground floor). OK, a bit more detail. Comfortable living area with balcony. Comfy sofa and seating, large dining table, easily will sit 10. Huge television - we didn't turn it on! The kitchen. Could be a bit better, OK, you get what's required so that helps. The cooker is electric, we hate using electric rings, but that's just because we're used to gas. But the design....it's narrow between the area with sink, dishwasher, fridge and cooker and the food preparation area. Only really space for one person at a time, no passing space for two people to be in the kitchen. Luckily, we're all pretty slim else we may still be wedged there! Take a potato peeler, theirs is rubbish! So three bedrooms upstairs: one double; one twin and a single. Now the single doesn't have a door. Seems a bit weird. But warm, comfy and quiet (OK, the bars were all closed, so there was little hooting and roaring in the evenings). We all slept well. But it could be that bit better, and done really simply. The downstairs shower didn't drain. So Sarah cleared the drain, removed enough hair to keep a woolly mammoth warm, and problem fixed. My wife's bedside light didn't work; I rotated the mounting and the bulb fell out. So come on staff, imagine you are the guests that are driving 1000 miles to stay in your place. Check it out as if you are going to be those guests! Check everything! But what is most excellent is location. Especially if you are here to ski. La Croisette is about a 90 second walk. (It's not ski out / in as it's on a road and you'll trash your skis, but such a short walk in Courchevel is rare). Three minutes to the ski-set we used. And built on top of the Forum, with its supermarket, Boulangerie, etc. The location is really hard to beat. But one thing you won't get is a mountain view, we faced the hotels over the road, and by looking above, could just about glean an idea of the current weather conditions. Would we stay here again. Yes. But staff, please just pretend you are the guests
