Little Oak Cottage has been completely renovated into a getaway haven. *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!An open concept kitchen and living room with granite countertops and exposed beam ceilings. A comfortable pullout sofa adds sleeping options. Wide sliders in the main living area open up to the large back deck, letting in natural light and making a great space to relax and gaze at the views of the lake and mountain. Barn doors close off the master bedroom with a gorgeous tiled bathroom attached. The queen sized murphy bed allows both comfort and convenience. The open staircase and catwalk leads to two small loft rooms that offer additional sleeping areas.When it’s time for the lake, you will find kayaks and paddle-boards to cruise the calm waters and take in the amazing mountain views. After a full day on the lake, gather around the fire-pit.
