This is one of the most unique properties on Martha's Vineyard. LOCATION! Super cute, freshly renovated & professionally decorated 2+ bedroom Vineyard cottage w/ parking, just 2 blocks from downtown & all the action! Shops, restaurants, supermarket, harbor beaches & the main island ferry terminal are all literally just down the road. There are also powerboat rentals next door as Safe Harbor Marina. The cottage has 2 small bedrooms w/ queen beds & flat screen smart TVs. The living room has a media wall w/ a large TV & electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, blender, plates, silverware, pots & pans, and anything else you may need to cook meals at home should you decide to do so. There is another room upstairs w/ a workspace, small reading area & daybed for a guest. All rooms have brand new mini-splits for ice cold air conditioning.
