The 1932 hardwood maple floors have been restored on main floor and bathroom has been renovated but original tub with shower remains. The front porch with 12 windows and front door separate entrance can be used as the 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the large new rear deck and step down and build a fire in the side yard firepit while you barbeque or make a fire on the beach while watching the sunset. Stay up late and you may see the Northern Lights. 125 foot driveway that ends at alley for alternate exit, plenty of room to park cars, trucks, ATVs and snowmobiles, direct access to trails from the house. Walk on the beach or drive to Township Park one mile away. Take a 5 minute stroll to Main Street (River Street) and stop at famous Syl's cafe, Krist gas station/minimart, shops, Stubbs Museum bar, etc. Ontonagon River is 4 blocks away where you can fish, kayak, rent a pontoon or boat. Waterfalls are nearby and the largest state park the Porcupine Mountains including the Lake of the Clouds where fall colors are spectacular is a 25 minute drive.
