Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit B of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3min walk).There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture. There is a large shared. pool in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit. You have the option to heat the pool. Your room charge covers the the pool temperature up to 75F. It’s additional $150 for week stay or less to heat the pool above 75F. Please let us know if you wish to heat the pool so we have it ready for your upcoming stay. Washer and dryer in each unit for your use. The property includes free wireless internet.
