The stairs are narrow and steep. The lofts are connected by a “ bridge”. Caution should be taken if you have young, adventurous, climbing children. Not recommended for children under the age of 10 unless supervised by an adult. One parking space is available. Walk to beach, no parking at the beach and children under 12 must be supervised at all times by an adult. Beach tags must be worn. $10 fee for each beach tag lost. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim and boat at your own risk. Two kayaks are provided as well as 6 life vests. Games, corn-hole, badminton, refrigerator, stove, microwave, hairdryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, toaster, crockpot, Keurig, coffee & sugar, salt, pepper, some spices, popcorn, foil, sandwich bags, paper towels, sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, body wash are provided. You'll be staying in a cottage located on the backside of a larger old family home property. There is one tenant in the larger adjacent house at the moment. If you are interested in accessing the larger property for bigger groups, feel free to let me know. The property was built in the early 1900's by my great grandfather around an old 1802 farm house. The cottage you'll stay in has two levels and hangs over a hillside. The lower level spills out into an old garden that has since become overgrown. West Hill is considered a trophy trout pond so if you are an angler you'll want to bring your gear. There is a canoe provided in case you want to venture out for a ride.
