This 3-bedroom home is located just steps from the pool and the fishing dock along the Kiawah River. The home is in a private, gated community in beautiful Inlet Cove. There are three bedrooms (two queens and one king) and each bedroom has a flat-screen, 50”, Smart TV. There are two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is wireless internet and a charging port in the driveway for an electric vehicle. Make memories playing board games, , doing puzzles or reading on the peaceful, screened back porch where two lighted fans create a cozy atmosphere for your family. There are rocking chairs at the dock area for you to relax and enjoy watching the dolphins during the day and the sunsets over the river in the evenings. Steps away from the dock is a 25-meter pool (seasonal). Adjacent to the pool is an enclosed area with picnic tables and chairs, if you decide to enjoy lunch or dinner at the pool. There is also a baby pool. A 10-minute walk takes you to 10 miles of pristine beach, which is considered one of the top 10 beaches in North America! For a fee you can make arrangements to golf, bike, kayak, paddle board or play tennis. The Bohicket Marina is 3 miles away and offers boat rentals and escorted outings. Freshfields Village is 2 miles away where you can grocery shop, dine in various restaurants and visit unique shops and boutiques. You can visit the charming city of Charleston, which is approximately 25 miles away. You will be surrounded by the beauty of nature in Kiawah! During the spring and summer you can witness a Turtle Team checking Loggerhead turtle nests. Dolphin Strand Feeding occurs during low tide. Groups of dolphins corral fish to shore and push them and themselves onto the shore. Kiawah is one of the few places in the world to witness this exciting phenomenon. The Master Bath Suite has walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, all new bathroom with 'adult - height' vanities and marble counters. The 2nd Bathroom has shower/tub and also all new renovated with adult height vanity and marble top.The cottage is equipped with a large screen LCD Hi Definition television above the fireplace in the family room plus additional LCD televisions in each bedroom. The cottage has wireless internet access throughout.The back porch is screened in with a 4 person table plus additional seating chairs for back porch dining and entertaining. This property is managed by the Kiawah Island Resort but we are able to pass on amenities to you as our guest. It is in the highest category of Kiawah Resort rental properties!!! You will have full check-in privileges and all amenities as a resort guest including access to all resort pools (only for resort guests, which includes you!), discounts on golf and tennis, etc. The cottage sleeps 6 in beds. The Master BR is a king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is 2 twin beds. An additional single air mattress bed can be reserved if desired. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom can be converted to king beds if desired (for a slight additional housekeeping charge).We DO NOT allow pets or smoking inside the cottage, however, we do have another cottage that does allow pets. This Sparrow Pond cottage is pet friendly and has a king and 2 queen beds and is a relaxing choice for families that don't want to have adults sleep in twin beds. This cottage is one of the only Sparrow Pond cottages with 3 full bathrooms. Two are en suite and the 3rd off the living room.There is a gas grill under the house along with a picnic table. We also love napping or reading a book in the glass sunroom. The cottage has free wifi.Conveniently located in West Beach Village, this cottage is only a 5-minute walk to Kiawah's beautiful beach and community pool. Also a few minutes’ walk to the gorgeous new Cougar Point Golf club house where you can golf, eat breakfast, lunch, have dinner, or get a drink at the sports pub.
