In just over 400 square feet you will find a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The home also has a fenced in dog area (please note, dogs may not be left outside unattended in the city of Beaufort). There is a relaxing seating area outside (shared with our 2 bedroom cottage, listing VRBO #2961496).This circa 1940s home has been lovingly updated and decorated to make for a comfortable stay. You will sleep soundly on the 12" memory foam mattress and cool technology pillows. *Please note that the living room/kitchen floor slopes about 4" due to the home's age. This carriage house, recently brought back to life after many years of neglect, sits next to our home, Craven House. It truly is the best location in Beaufort, surrounded by stately mansions and rich history, allowing one to walk to restaurants, shops, museums and the waterfront park by the marina. It is an easy drive to Paris Island, the Sands beach in Port Royal and Hunting beach on the ocean.Linens, including beach towels, are included.
