Our townhouse 'Lilypad Cottage' is conveniently located, with nearby access to walking and biking trails. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.Lilypad is tucked away in a peaceful courtyard area within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars in Town Centre of Ringwood, with the River Avon and Countryside walks, horse riding or cycling on the doorstep of the New Forest. A short drive will take you to fabulous sandy beaches on the Dorset Coast. Perfect for surfing, kayaking, fishing.The Castleman Trailway at the back of the property, ideal for walking and cycling in the New Forest, and direct route to Moors Valley Country Park. We have a locked bike store if you wish to bring your bikes. Bus route in the centre of the High Street. 1 parking space provided. The property has 2 bedrooms, with smart TV's in each of the rooms. One of the rooms has a King Size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, with storage drawers, hanging rail. Both rooms have black out roller blinds and black out curtains. There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower over, storage drawers and mirrored cupboard with shaver point. There is also a washer/dryer located in the upstairs bathroom.Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with full size 50/50 fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker, fan oven, with NEFF gas hob. The space is open plan with dining area and the living area comprising of a smart TV, corner sofa and swivel chair with footrest. A one bedroom cottage set in an idyllic location in the New Forest with views of the forest from the garden and bed!Entrance hall, door to large kitchen with fridge, small freezer, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The kitchen opens into the living/dining room which has bi-fold doors on two sides opening into the garden. TV/DVD player, wood burning stove, WIFI and stairs to the bedroom.The bedroom has velux windows, one above the bed so that you can lie and look at the stars, or look straight ahead to the end window with views of the forest, so peaceful! The ensuite shower room has a really good digital shower with a rainfall shower head. Driveway parking with an Electric Vehicle ChargePoint (7kw type 2).There's a private enclosed garden with double hammock, swing and furnished summer house. Up to 3 dogs very welcome, with no extra charge (please ask if you have more).A baby or small child can be accommodated. We have an airbed, travel cot, high chair, booster seat and toys.The cottage is on the edge of Burley village with walks direct from the door into the forest. Walking into the village takes about 25 minutes and you'll find pubs and a few shops including a grocery shop and butchers. There's also a cycle hire shop and they offer a discount to our visitors who pre-book bikes and delivery to the cottage can be arranged. We now have fibre broadband.Within 20-30 minutes drive there are numerous beaches as well as lovely Lymington and Bournemouth and Southampton for shopping. Ringwood is our nearest town, 10 minutes drive, with Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Lidl as well as a good butchers and great greengrocers for food.
