The location is fabulous - the reason why we continue to return .... The reception team are first class .. Ruth - Karina and Maria ensure everything is smooth - nothing is too much trouble Maria even helped with the luggage (again) Shame to hear Karina is leaving soon because she has always been a pleasure to be around. The cleaning ladies are also very thorough in all they do. We will be back again very soon.... Marie & Paul

Stunning! We have stayed here 3 times in the last 13 months, totalling approx 5 weeks. The rooms we have stayed in have all had balconies with a close sea view, some over the pool and others even closer. The rooms are ideal, clean, comfortable and they are ideally suited very close to the town centre. The staff are always friendly and polite. We'd like to give a special mention to Maria, who went above and beyond and her beautiful personality added a really profound sparkle to our holiday. Thank you. Highly recommended and we will be back soon (apparently May and September!)

We arrived today after booking an ocean view appartment at extra cost. This was booked for a special occasion and we were very much looking forward to sitting on the balcony and looking out to the sea and pool. Instead we have the view of a wall as seen in the photo. This is far less of a view than even the pictures advertised of the lateral sea view. We complained and were told that nothing can be done as they are full. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and explained that she was already informed by management that if we were not happy we should be informed that the room has been categorised as sea view. They are very aware of this issue but continue to allocate and charge for this room as an ocean view. It is a real shame as the apartments are in.a lovely location and we would have been extremely happy if we had got what we paid for.

Firstly, I have no idea why anyone would score this 'hotel' with 4 stars! the place is filthy, stinks of cigarette smoke, fried eggs and some sort of nasty cleaning product, it's horrendous! The rooms are in desperate need of updating, paint is literally falling off of the walls! and the bathroom! well, it is a health hazard! some sort of dodgy water heater on the wall which is falling apart and doesn't supply much hot water. Tiles hanging from the walls or botched together with large amounts of grout causing rough edges. Brown water coming from the sink taps, shower prone to flooding. and to top it off, bathroom 'towels' only changed twice per week - these aren't actually bath sized towels either, they are the size of hand towels and they come complete with added 'bleach stains'! The pool - whilst we were there, some guests actually reserved 'their' sunbeds for the entire week! They would leave their towels on the beds overnight with the beds folded down! really!? I do understand this madness, as the rest of the sunbeds are either broken or extremely dirty. Lots of smokers around the pool which made the area very unpleasant. Metal steps to access the pool which wouldn't be ideal if you are infirm. Whilst we were there the breakfast room was having a new tiled floor laid, the noise of drilling, the smell of cigarette smoke, the dirty sunbeds made the pool area a no go for us, we opted for the beach which was wonderful! Room Keys - now this is the scary bit! You are given 2 metal keys attached to a plastic tab - one of the keys is for your room door, (now wait for this) the other key is for the main door to the hotel (which is also the Fire Door). You need this key to unlock the main door on leaving the hotel and to re-enter the hotel (no staff on site over night) hence the reason for the entry key! What really worried me was the fear of a fire! If at 3 in the morning a fire was to break out, the last thing you would be looking for would be your room and exit keys??? how would you escape the hotel? Surely this has to be a Health and Safety issue? Overall the Hotel is extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory, although these are the good points- Fantastic location. Wonderful staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, Maria is fantastic - I actually felt sorry for her working in such a horrible hotel! She deserves so much more, her talents are wasted working here! The reception area is clean and modern. All of the above issues have been communicated to On The Beach who we booked the holiday with. We have been offered compensation of £150 for the inconvenience caused to us. I just wish that people were more honest with their Tripadvisor Reviews! This place is the pits! Sorry Neptuno Suites, the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in!

From the minute we arrived we found the hotel excellent. The receptionist on duty was extremely friendly and welcoming and helped us take the cases to our self catering room which was spacious and well equipped with a roomy balcony and sea view as requested. There is easy access to shops to get supplies in.The hotel is very clean with a large pool area and no problem getting sun bed, although the weather wasn’t the best for sun bathing it was pleasant to sit out. A pool bar would be a nice addition with a little background music if I had any recommendations to make. All in all a very pleasant stay Thankyou.

Got the best bargin for a 10 day break. I love everything about my stay here. The staff were so nice, the lady cleaning the rooms was such a lovely lady and did a great job. Plenty of sunbeds, no hassle getting one after 12. Everyone was just so relaxed. Excellent wifi. The location topped it off for me. I will definitely be back.
