Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

This hotel is absolutely FANTASTIC! We went as a family of 5 with mum, dad, 10, 13 and 18 year old and had the BEST time. Firstly, the hotel smells so beautiful and clean when you arrive and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. We got beautiful renovated rooms with huge shower, the most comfortable beds ever, so much storage. Lovely comfortable rooms with a pool view, could not be better. We have stayed in all inclusive hotels 5* all over the world and this ranked highly. The pools were great, lots of available sun loungers, really clean and life guards on duty. One heated pool and we loved it. The animation team offered wonderful activities all day long. So much fun. Nightly double entertainment in the spacious and exciting showbar and brilliant vocalists in the pool bar. Excellent food and drinks. Extensive selection well thought out and presented and the staff work incredibly high. There were a small number of eager kids but the staff enforced rules in the restaurant and I think tried to sit families with smaller kids in the rear section together which we appreciated. The staff are INCREDIBLE all the bartenders, servers, animation team and reception staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the customer service is top notch. The location is excellent too with lovely walks close by, classy shops and bus stop right outside. One slight negative was the pool food was a little hit and miss but when we arrived late the pool bar staff offered us a cold picnic with sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit, crackers and was appreciated late at night. Premium drinks and generous measures presented really well by skilled bartenders. The rooms serviced daily to a very high standard, premium toiletries offered. Lovely community atmosphere in the hotel gave you excellent welcome vibes. Note no inflatables allowed in the pool so don’t bother bringing them ! Goid standard clientele and a very nice treat to stay here. Bravo!
