Royal Suite

A lovely place to stay, marvellous staff, facilities and food, enjoyed by myself and two friends. The area is very quite however, with very few local bars about although the beach is only about a 15 minute walk and there is a convenient little shop, just opposite. All the staff were polite, very helpful and friendly. Manuel is always on the go and the Italian lady (Laura) on the entertainment team always came over and said hello. As mentioned though all staff were marvellous. Food was good at all settings, always a few choices of mains. Drinks were help yourself. My apartment was lovely, spacious and clean, the fridge was a nice touch. Facilities were good including the pools and layout, and the resort was very well kept. The indoor pool was refreshing but appeared considerably warmer one day to the next. A lovely holiday was had by all three of us and I wouldn't hesitate in returning here. Thank you for an enjoyable 7 night stay.

Hotel is lovely, really clean and tidy. Facilities were good, there was always sun beds available and the rooms were spacious and well equipped (although worth noting that there is no kettle provided in the rooms). The hotel advertises a heated pool but it is not heated, just under cover. The water in both pools were cold given the time of year. The bar was great, help yourself but no queues etc. The food could be better, a lack of choice especially at breakfast, although we always found something to eat, even if it was the same thing every day. The staff were lovely (apart the reception staff who were quite unhelpful). It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach but Costa Calma is quiet, very few bars or cafes along the beach. Take a bus to Morro Jable if you're looking for a day in a bigger town.

The holidays were really nice me and my friend we came to learn some surf on those amazing beach. The hotel was just amazing, lovely staff with all the comfort you need for an hotel . Food and drink good but of course as an all inclusive. The strongest point of the hotel for me are the guys of animation which they do a great job for all the people at all age. A special thank to Ale, great guy and good animator, I wish to play again at ping pong with you. It was great. Reccomanded

Peaceful location, great food and drinks, plenty of space around pools and situated near to a small corner shop. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. WiFi is good. Short walk to the shingle beach, we also found a great pub for the football about 20min walk away. This hotel is around an hour drive from the airport so need to factor in time / cost of reaching this chilled spot but if you’re after a quiet relaxing break (and a help yourself bar!) this is ideal.

I booked this hotel knowing it would be on the quiet side of the Island as it was our first holiday with my girl who is 15 months old. Within a 20 minute walk however, there is a shopping centre, spar shop, beach and some bars. We walked there on a few occasions and it was always quite pleasant. One day we caught the bus to the oasis wildlife park - this picks you up from the hotel across the road and is €5 per adult, the baby was free. There are some smaller mini markets nearby where we were able to pick up milk for the little ones bottles as there is a fridge in the room. Now onto the hotel: Staff - such lovely members of staff who were kind and welcoming. They always said hello to us and paid attention to my daughter at meal times, they offered to get us a highchair if we needed one. Entertainment - there was something on every day (except weds), a kids disco every night with party dances and music on around the pool which, we didn’t find invasive. Plenty of pool tables and table tennis as well as a gym if you wanted to use it. Food and drink - drink is a help yourself basis including alcohol. Every one was polite and no queues. Food was basic but edible, similar things every day which wasn’t a bad thing. My little girl can be picky but there was always something for her. Rooms - no air con but I knew this before we went. The bedroom has a large ceiling fan in situ. The staff had already put a cot in the room ready for us with bedding on. We had a small patio outside which was nice in the evening once the kid was in bed. We got a suite so there was a fridge in the room. Added my Netflix to the telly then took it off at the end. Shower is powerful. Overall the hotel is clean and tidy, the cleaners come almost every day and you can ask for new towels etc if required. It is a quiet hotel but it’s very relaxing. We were the only English people there for the first few days and it was not a bad thing, I still felt very comfy in the environment. We would go again.

We had a wonderful vacation. I want to give extra positive feedback to bartenders. The short spanis waiter(older) was really nice and always so kind. Animation workers Andy, Maya, and Bea were so great! Expesially, Maya and Andy give so many position vibes. they were so nice, kind, and had good programs. So much position vibes!!They were always so happy and smiley, and because of them, our vacation were +++ I hope this feedback reaches them, too.hotel was nice and peaceful.
