I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Lovely staff, great location amazing rooms. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The pool was lovely but just not enough sunbeds, lots of towels sunbathing without people, It's such a shame, not even the signs deterred anyone from getting up early and putting towels down on every bed ( all before 9am) Everywhere is accessible from the hotel, beach, shops, local busses and the marina. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone

Great apartments and great location within walking distance to las americas and Costa adeje and close to the beach. The apartments are cleaned regularly with friendly staff the bed was comfy and the shower was fantastic. Pool area is clean and the pool bar is good value for money. The Brasserie restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Great holiday and would definitely return.

Great little place to stay. Cleaned every day and the staff are so friendly. Food at the bar is fantastic. The rooms are a great size and WiFi is good. Close to beach and 15 minutes to Siam . Close to night life but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend

Just back from 14 nights here we stayed in room 64 which was perfect. The hotel is positioned in an excellent position for bars, restaurants, the beach etc. Very quiet apart from the odd drunk ****** in the early hours with absolutely no consideration for guests. The reception staff, pool bar staff are all very polite and friendly and anything you wanted or needed they were extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with a great rain shower , towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. ( We did see a few dreaded cockroaches but there is spray in the room). No fault of the hotel you're on a volcanic island. The Brasserie restaurant attached we were very unsure to try as some reviews were bad but we thought we'd give it a go. Absolutely great for steaks, pork and lamb chops but the pasta wasn't great. It appears a lot of the negative reviews are not this particular restaurant but another with the same name. We found it very good like I say for meat dishes but avoid pasta. Overall we had a great holiday but this has absolutely no reflection on the hotel but please, please be aware that the whole resort is rife with underground pickpockets, they are everywhere. We were targeted and had been very careful but obviously these are professional pickpockets. We physically stopped 3 elderly couples from being another target but it put a total dampener on our holiday. This has no reflection like I say on the hotel but it has put us off returning to this island.

Arrived 26th November 2024 . Reception very welcoming fast check in. Room spacious spotless. Top floor good view out to the sea. Every thing in the room you need for self catering. Bathroom clean shower with sliding door. Good lighting as no windows. Bedroom comfy bed good size wardrobes. Pool area spotless, pool bar good choice good prices for food. Hotel own restaurant out side excellent food is delicious. Very friendly atmosphere. Area quiet. This a hidden Gem. No traffic noise from bedroom side in the morning. We had problems with the toaster reported it and replaced quickly. Ceiling Fans in the room are good for night time also in kitchen/ living room. Over all we are very happy. Shops just round the corner big supermarket. Small Shop over the road too. The Night owl is great places to go. Local pubs near by. What we love about this is quietness of this resort. There is loads of steps it’s like a Labyrinth. Toilets down stairs in the pool area spotless. Staff very friendly. Breakfast freshly made. Overall happy.

Found this resort a gem. Room's large and clean. Well managed and looked after. Pool bar drinks and food service excellent. The guys do everything for you. Stayed self-catering as plenty of bars and restaurants local. 200 meters to the sea. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Will return asap.
