Fantastic Hotel and Location April 2025 We stayed here for 12 nights half board during the Easter holidays 2025. We booked 2 studio apartments and months ahead of booking I emailed the hotel asking for a sea room view room and for the 2 rooms to be together if possible. We were given rooms 206 and 207 and had a perfect sea view and they were joined together as you will see in the photos so we were able to freely use each others balcony which was very convenient. ROOMS Very clean, good sized and the beds were comfortable. The TV had a few UK channels which were basically all the ITV ones. The staff came in and did a very good job at keeping it clean and tidy and changing the towels etc. There was a handy little clothes airer on our balcony which came in handy for drying out clothes during the day. The air-con was OK and seemed to keep the room cool enough for us. The WIFI was OK but a bit hit and miss at end of holiday as kept disconnecting but it wasn't a major problem. POOL Nice and relaxed atmosphere around the pool. We purposely chose this hotel for the relaxed vibe as even though there were families there like us during Easter the hotel is very relaxed. There's a no balls and inflatables rule in the pool but we found that as long as you use a small-ish ball and don't take over the pool it's not an issue. There's a couple of shower rooms nearby with toilet facilities and just before that you'll pass a mini laundrette €5 for washing machine and €4 to use the dryer. SUNBEDS We were here during Easter and never found it a problem getting beds as long as you're not particularly fussy where you get them. We generally just came down when we were ready to use them. What some people do is put the towels down about 9 then go for breakfast and come back after which I think is fair and we did this once ourselves. What was good was if there was towels lyings on beds unoccupied all morning the lifeguard will remove them. On Easter Saturday we noticed this when a family with Arsenal and Jamaica flag towels left them there from before breakfast and the lifeguard removed them about 11:30. The selfish family didn't get back till after 3pm. Credit to the lifeguard on that day (19th April) as he never stopped cleaning Sunbeds after people were leaving. BREAKFAST loads of choice and your typical usual continental options. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, croissants, ham, cheese, and toast. Hot options available, bacon, sausage, hash browns, beans, eggs (boiled,fried and scrambled) tea, coffee, fruit juices. DINNER We felt the overall quality was decent. They do change it up everyday so there's always a variety. There are certain items which are always available including salads, chips, pizza and ice cream which should satisfy most fussy eaters. STAFF We found all staff in all departments very polite, hardworking, consienous and are a credit to the hotel. Everyone went out their way to help and it felt like the staff weren't just going through the mot

Had never been to this hotel but had heard good reports. Loved it. Everywhere very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool area always clean and plenty of sun beds Not a big choice of food but what there is is plentiful and very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel in Costa Adeje.

Another year, another fantastic stay at the HOVIMA Panorama. Classed as a 3 star hotel but certainly 5 star service. Everyone from Patricia and the team on reception (Ines, Kevin and Karolina), to the staff at the barn/ restaurant (Sandra, Flavio, Beatrix, Jose and LoLo), the team are absolutely fantastic. Our home from home and cannot fault anything. Thank you for another fantastic holiday. We’ll be back soon. Thank YOU!

I have been to this hotel many times. I feel it gets better and better just what we love for our rest at the end of the year. All the staff are amazing from reception to the restaurant staff they will bend over backwards for you. The apartments are basic but modern and so clean. The pool area, restaurant and bar are so so clean. The food is amazing and I feel this year better than ever. This suits us but my only criticism is there could be more for children both at the pool and in the hotel. We love this hotel and will go back again and again.

Just back from a lovely stay at The Panorama. We stayed there a couple of times a few years ago and they have recently been refurbished which was great. The beds are firm but comfortable, there was included air con. Safe is €3 per night to hire. 2 cooking rings, toaster, kettle, fridge with no freezer compartment, no microwave. Limited cooking utensils, no cereal bowls and very tiny drinking glasses. Mind you I am sure had I asked for bowls and bigger glasses they would have gone out of their way to supply them Great walk in shower. Kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff. It is in a great location 100 meters from the prom and close to many bars, restaurants, Mercadona supermarket and bus stops. We stayed half board. The breakfasts were great with all kinds of choice but unfortunately I did not really enjoy the evening meals being a vegetarian. Not much choice. Having said that, our friends were more than happy so really my fault for being a fussy eater. Loved the fact there was a microwave so able to make food extra hot. You can swap dinner for lunch with reception the day before which was a lot better for me. Usual mad sunbed dash by ridiculous people who queued from 8am until pool area opened at 9am. Hilarious to watch but very annoying as towels left an hour or two with no one on beds. Did see a couple of arguments because of this. Not the fault of the hotel but just selfish people, sad to say british. Having said that, always a bed in the sun somewhere around the pool so did not affect us when we went down later. The thing that makes this place so very special are the staff which has been mentioned in many reviews. I could not single out anyone in particular as every single one of them were just beautiful people. Friendly, helpful and very hardworking. From the wonderful reception team to the waiting and housekeeping staff. Always a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Can't wait to return. Thank you Hovima Panorama for a fabulous 10 day stay.
