Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje

Great family hotel. Value for money beyond our expectation. Food was always good in the buffet- salads, plain and some pre-done options always for lunch and dinner. Multiple meats, both fresh from the grill and in made dishes- different types of paella every day& night (and it differed from lunch to dinner).... desserts from pastries/cakes to chocolate fountains.... really the food is very good. For breakfast there's even cold cava- if you want it.... not quite cavier served at this hotel- but cava none the less. The pool is lovely (bit on the cool side but hello it's warm outside). Splashpark is great for smallies, only 50cm deep and plenty of beds available all day. Towels are €20 each deposit and great quality- you can swap every day- we kept ours for the week (a small.step to save the planet). Pool bar does drinks and food all day (burgers and hot dogs / toasties- make your own- good idea). Entertainment team is super- always something different on every day in the pool area. Shout out to the chef with the multiple masks- horse mask, gorilla mask and generally great fun Kids club was good- open every day from 10am and you can collect children whenever uou wanted. Arts and crafts every day- making pirate hats and eye patches - cutting/colouring/glueing- super skills for smallies to be practising... The staff really are above and beyond fabulous-- we arrived at 4.30am with 2 small kids and milk was gotten for us and our bag brought to our room. Anytime you went to reception you were greeted by super helpful & smiley staff. Walk down to Costa adeje isn't far-10mins to the seaside- lovely little strip all be it a strip but not that commercial. We got a super room, with a huge terrace, ideal for a 2 year old to be contained. The playground was closed the week we were there' not their fault but that was OK. Cleaning staff were lovely. One tip for the hotel, and possibly something they don't want to change but dinner is from 6.30, so when you have under 5s - would be lovely to even serve from 6.15. Went to one mini disco-kids loved it. Didn't go to any of the shows so can't comment there.

Just back from a week here and we'd have happily stayed another week. From check in down to the entertainment- everything was amazing. Check in was quick and easy- we had requested a microwave for baby bottles but wasn't in the room when we arrived- all it took was a quick trip to reception and they had a microwave down to us within minutes. We had booked room 185 and WHEN we go again we'll book the same room. The living area was big and the air conditioning there was perfect. The bedroom was a good size too and the fan in there also did its job. The main pool is huge so there was was loads of space. The activities every day were so much fun for the kids (and adults). We were a little apprehensive about the food but we were more than impressed. Every meal time had so much selection and lots of it too- chefs always topping up dishes. The staff here were the absolute best with a special mention to Ali (Alejandro). He was so friendly and made such an effort with our 10 month old- even did some dancing for him which was great entertainment for the baby. We will absolutely return to The Tagoro and we can't wait.

Great family hotel , couldn’t fault the amazing facilities, grounds and staff . Stefano , Andreas and the entertainment team work hard all day to give everyone options if they wish to be active and kids games to be involved with . The food at the restaurant buffet was excellent, always a different theme each day , we were there for 7 days and didn’t get bored. We had a family room with a hot tub and garden. Was a great addition at the end of the day to relax with or without the kids. The beach was just a 15 minute stroll down the hill , we walked back up but you can get a 6 euro taxi easily if you have mobility issues or kids with “my legs hurt “ . All in all a great 4 star hotel , Tagoro hotels are perfect for a up market family holiday, not so much for romantic couples who want quiet kid free time .

Excellent all inclusive family friendly hotel. Visited with a 5 months old baby, had no expectations but were nicely surprised. From the first interaction at the reception to waiters, cleaners and maintenance, all staff were super nice and helpful. Although, the hotel was fully booked out there was plenty of space for everyone whether at the pool area or in the restaurant. The restaurant served great variety of dishes including some traditional canary dishes. A themed dish was served each evening such as sushi and kebab. I have to highlight very accommodating hours for breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of organized activities for kids and adults during the day and entertainment in the evening. The evening entertainment was organized indoor which we greatly appreciated as our baby was already asleep by then. The hotel is 2 min walk anway from a shopping center and about 15 min to the nearest beach. Overall, the hotel is very well kept and clean with friendly chill atmosphere. Would definitely return again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Was a little nervous reading some reviews but from our experience it was great. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily and (wasn't dated like others have stated), huge balcony, decent beds . My boys aged 9 and 3 had no complaints and slept soundly every night. Food was great lots of selections each night differing, even a fussy eater could find something. Huge selection of puddings, tables cleared regularly but never felt rushed or pushed out, just gave us more opportunities to return to the buffet to try more out! Whilst the hotel is close to town, there is about a 10-15min walk downhill, on route back we did struggle as we had our 3 year who refused a buggy and only wanted to be carried. However easily doable otherwise grab a taxi (which we would do next time). There is a little supermarket opposite for any extras you want to save the walk! All staff amazing and super friendly and helpful. Can't comment on the kids entertainment as my two weren't interested and only wanted to swim and come the evening they were hanging so couldn't stay for the evening disco which is where my only annoyance is that the kids disco starts at 8.15pm which is just a tad too late for us. The pools were cold, however come the afternoon the kiddies pool were warmer. We took wetsuits for the boys in preparation for this and they only used it the once, once your in and get over the initial cold it's absolutely lovely with great views on the mountains! Would definitely visit again in the futures!
