If I’m honest we was worried about this hotel , but don’t believe everything you read we was greeted and staff very friendly quick check in and next morning we up graded to half board , food was fab all week hotel kept clean and beautiful view Yes it’s on a hill but we knew that yes a little dated but clean and tidy and that’s what’s important think WiFi in rooms would be fab for this hotel and we would definitely be booking to return We was a family of 7 oldest 50 youngest 8 We walked the hills most the time it’s actually not to bad if you take it slow if you been shopping a taxi is recommended We walked to Sian park and back too Don’t believe everything you read treat them with respect and respect is returned thank you Laguna park 2 for giving us a beautiful 5 days

Had a fantastic sleep at this hotel, perfect for a budget long weekend, only 5 e to front or beach. Excellent boat trip for whales and dolphins, could not fault out stay. Complex tired but clean and excellent pool. Staff friendly, we are self catering and did not eat in hotel. Bargain for our long weekend No complaints at all

Well... Firstly it was my mistake, I very quickly booked this holiday without looking at reviews, I tried to alter the hotel before we set off but was seeming more trouble than it was worth and at the end of the day I thought I'm a working class northern lad,not at all snobby and a beds a bed .... Well .. the location is impossible, it's at the top of a massive hill so it will cost you 5 euros every time you want to come home from the bars and restaurants... I can deal with that mind. The room was the issue, bathroom door didn't shut and was rotten, the bathroom was from the 70s with mould cracked tiles and a toilet that wasn't fixed to the floor,the bed was like a rock with 1 pillow, the fan didn't work, the TV doesn't work unless you pay 10 euros a day and the front sliding door to enter the apartment was close to falling off. The final straw was chasing Tenerifes largest cockroach round the room with a glass at 12.30am ..it was at that moment I knew I work hard all year I deserve better than this, after 1 night we got up,checked out and never looked back. Costa Adeje though fabulous place we will be back ! Just not to this particular hotel

Really good experience super helpful with reception and myria is super helpful and committed to helping others, 100% coming back to this beautiful hotel food was nice the facility’s was really nice fabulous shower and the pool is really nice and kept really clean!

Do not waste your money !!! Staff are rude at reception and cleaners are theifs my rings were stolen out of my room the first day and nothing is done about it the staff at reception laughed at me and said they can’t do anything about it there are two incredibly rude people at reception one with long brown hair and one with short blue hair both are very rude and they will laugh at your pain I locked my child into my room by mistake I had to get a new card key and both of those staff members didn’t believe my child was locked in the room and they took 20 mins to get me another card and laughed in my face while I was panicking nothing is safe in your room and they are useless when it comes to helping you sort out your safe in the room! The food horrible you would be lucky to find yourself a warm plain pasta or warm chips everything is always cold please do not waste your money you can find way better hotels with great food and customer service In this part of Tenerife for cheaper than what they offer here it really isn’t worth it I don’t have a positive thing to say about the place the pool is also freezing feels like they put ice in it and I haven’t met a single nice person working here
