If I’m honest we was worried about this hotel , but don’t believe everything you read we was greeted and staff very friendly quick check in and next morning we up graded to half board , food was fab all week hotel kept clean and beautiful view Yes it’s on a hill but we knew that yes a little dated but clean and tidy and that’s what’s important think WiFi in rooms would be fab for this hotel and we would definitely be booking to return We was a family of 7 oldest 50 youngest 8 We walked the hills most the time it’s actually not to bad if you take it slow if you been shopping a taxi is recommended We walked to Sian park and back too Don’t believe everything you read treat them with respect and respect is returned thank you Laguna park 2 for giving us a beautiful 5 days

Had a fantastic sleep at this hotel, perfect for a budget long weekend, only 5 e to front or beach. Excellent boat trip for whales and dolphins, could not fault out stay. Complex tired but clean and excellent pool. Staff friendly, we are self catering and did not eat in hotel. Bargain for our long weekend No complaints at all

Very fun time going to the pool with my friends and getting tan. I really liked the service and the people were very nice. I even got a lot of great food and the lady at reception was very nice. I will definitely recommend this place to someone traveling here

Laguna park staff was amazing, Airam was helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but clean. Have all you need for self catering. It’s my 6th time here and have rebooked for Christmas! The pool area is beautiful with an amazing view and plenty of sunbeds. Thank you for much again for a lovely stay.

We arrived for Easter for 10 days and we all enjoyed. We were two adults, a 15 and a 12 year old. Room - dated but very clean. We were all inclusive but there was a fridge, oven and plenty of utensils. Cleaners were very friendly and came every other day. If you did need anything they were always around and happy to give you towels etc. My only complaint was the table outside was covered in stains/burn marks from cigarettes, but there was nothing the cleaners could do about it and it didn't affect us at all. Food - I don't understand some of the comments regarding food. Plenty of choice and cooked very well. There was always something different, breakfast was a little repetitive but you get that in every all inclusive. Pool area - plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Floor were washed every morning and generally clean. Staff - receptionist with the short hair was absolutely lovely, very friendly as were the men. The two females with long hair were quite rude to a lot of customers. Staff in the dining room were polite, the two older gentleman (sorry) were so hard working and couldn't do enough for you. Cleaners- work very hard and would always say hello or have a conversation with you. Bar staff - please get off your phones and serve! They were constantly on their phones and would tell you to wait while they sent a WhatsApp or were on Facebook. On two occasions the lifeguard whistled over to tell two males and a female to get off their phones and serve us along with others waiting. Hill- it's tough! Walking down is fine and a taxi back up is around €4. This hotel is excellent value for money, give it a go!
