We stayed from the 13th Aug to the 20th Aug. The rooms need a huge overall. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, navigating the room down the hill is fine. Getting up is another matter. A short walk down to the shops, again fine as it's down hill getting back up was a nightmare. All inclusive finishes at 22.30, slush puppies and cider not included. We were a family of 4 and could only get two drinks at a time. Which is ridiculous. 9 times out of 10 we got half a drink, if you were paying you got a full drink, just silly when you have already paid as your all inclusive. Pool was nice, deck chairs were awful they don't sit up right and majority of them are broken. Food was OK and there was a good variety. I have celiacs disease. Which I didn't advise but was all clearly labelled for allergies and lived off salad for a week. The entertainment was shocking pretty much the same thing every night and was boring. Website stated WiFi in rooms this is untrue you can only get WiFi near the reception area. The staff were nice, we seen the same staff the whole week we were there. They work the pool bar, then lunch and dinner and the evening bar. I swear majority of them were there from 07am till 10pm. There is no air conditioning in the rooms a small ceiling fan in the one bedroom that does nothing. For the privilege of a tv remote, a fan and a hair dryer you need to pay 20euro. Cleaners came 3 times in one week. Didn't refresh the cups and glasses. We did get fresh bedding, towels and toilet roll. So many drunk people shouting and screaming until around 3am. No really the hotels fault however there is no security or anything to be knocking on the doors. We could smell pot at 8am in the morning and there was clearly people smoking it round the hotel at all hours of the day.

Worst hotel I have even stayed in! It clearly hasn't been maintained for many years! The bathroom lacked anywhere to store toiletries and the shower leaked all over the floor - that was when we actually managed to get hot water. There were two of us in a room a were only given towels for one person, when I requested more you'd think I was asking for gold, the towels were also frayed with holes in. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom and no washing facilities for the 'kitchen area'. Beds were uncomfortable and the fan was adequate in November but the heat in the rooms would be unbearable in high season. We were self catering and were made to wear wristbands - I do not know who in their right mind would try and sneak in here! The pool area was dilapidated and the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. This hotel also attracts a certain type of chavvy customer - many drunk and swearing adults around the pool who didn't pay any attention to their children, more interested in the all inclusive bar. Luckily the beach is not a long walk away. The hotel is on a hill and wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues, we walked down to the beach etc and tended to get a taxi back up. Strong smell of **** most nights when we returned to our rooms. Didn't leave windows and doors open as there were many cockroaches.

Honestly was not expecting too much from previous reviews I had read before going but this was worse than expected. It was cheaper than most places and we were going for a social holiday not spending much time in the hotel therefore we went for a cheap one. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was more than basic. No handwash, dishwashing facilities such as a cloth! The oven didn’t have any shelves in and there was no oven trays so we couldn’t even use the oven yet we paid for self catering… when I contacted the reception to ask for an oven tray atleast they said they would send someone, I waited an hour then phoned again, got the same response.. nobody ever turned up and we ended up going out to eat 4 hours after I called. We stayed in I- at the bottom near the pool, the noise from the kitchen fan is constant from 6am until evening. Music and chatting didn’t bother us as that’s what you expect on holiday. Cockroaches I’ve never seen so big in my life and I’ve stayed in several areas of Tenerife now, normally they don’t bother me but the fact that the windows and doors had huge gaps to let them in it was almost impossible to keep them out.. We arrived as 3 adults in a 1 bedroom apartment, there was 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, when asked at reception for another towel we pretty much had to beg for a towel as it was not towel change over day, yet they had only given us 2 to start with! Also overheard another couple complaining of dirty towels and bed sheets. Once the cleaner had been after 2 days she put a ‘clean’ sheet on with a big mark on it, she would have seen this as it is the first thing we noticed right on the top of the bed … if they had provided a cloth and atleast 1 cleaning product we could have saved her a lot of time. There’s no instructions whatsoever where to go, who to contact if needed, where to put bins out ? The whole place is just run like you’re left to get on with it yourself. At first I thought it was fine basic but fine but by the end I couldn’t understand how the place was still open.

Foods basic not much choice unless u like rice and paella every day. Room was really nice with a view Shower rooms don't lock and it's mixed men and women so anyone can walk in, complained to reception about privacy and dignity and she could not care less. Bar staff brilliant. Hotel are not aware of basic human rights irregardless to privacy and dignity the attitude from the reception was arrogant!!!!!!!!!!!

Food not as before bar you have to wait for your beer, which is before help ur self for beer Basic food not for Standard and money Please make the service as were before we were happy The pool and the bar entertainment at night, not too much as good as before
