H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only

We have just returned from our holiday here. The hotel is clean and well presented. The staff are welcoming and hard working. We had upgraded to a sea view room which had fantastic views, but loud, repetitive music from the "sunset chill out" bar which made sitting on our balcony tedious, along with plumes of smoke from other balconies. Our room had a pod coffee machine but no tea making facilities at all. Not great for tea drinkers. The tea at breakfast is not pleasant either, take your own tea bags! The food was adequate, but not to a standard we were expecting after having to book a time every evening on the hotel app. Sun bathing areas and pools were lovely, especially the freezing cold one - very refreshing! Our, and many other guests, main complaint was about the elevators or lack of them. We were on the 5th floor of 11 guest floors and on most occasions took about 15 minutes to get to the ground floor, we walked down the stairs several times. Most of the guests in the hotel were in their senior years and needed use of the elevators more than we did. Overall, a nice hotel on the beach but not value for money.

Our first time in Tenerife, and won’t be our last! Fabulous hotel by the beach with plenty of options for sunbathing areas (and plenty of beds available throughout the day, ending the morning rush for a bed) stayed all inclusive and enjoyed some fabulous meals and enjoyed the speciality restaurants too! The daytime entertainment was fun (no pressure to take part), from pool parties, boules, table tennis and archery and the evening entertainment was good too! Plenty of restaurants and bars local if you wish to venture out and around a 15 minute walk to Costa Adeje centre and 10 mins to Playa de America. Will definitely return to this hotel!

The staff were super friendly and always smiling. There was a brilliant party at the hotel on one of the nights which was excellent and so much fun for all age groups. The chillout bar is a prefect place to have cocktails and watch the sunset. The alcohol range is a premium alcohol range which is even better for enjoying those drinks. A coffee shop was also at the hotel. The hotel has a few different areas offering different atmospheres, the pool area played brilliant music and fun place to be, meanwhile the acclimatised pool was calmer and next to the coffee shop. There were a few Jacuzzis dotted around for use also. The food was good and consistent in quality. Not much choice day to day. However the Italian restaurant at the hotel served one of the best steaks I've ever had...... We had had a great stay here.
