Since our second stay in 2016 Daniel has become semi-retired and, alas, does not provide dinners. (You can walk along the road a bit to find a great local restaurant.) But, as compensation, the breakfasts are out of this world - the best I have ever eaten!! And the warm welcome from Daniel and Lucia was great - they are like old friends to us now. We had the large room with balcony and fabulous views over the valley to the reservoir. The bed linen is of the highest quality as is the whole ambience of this wonderful hotel. They are a lovely couple who have created a wonderful hotel and we must find a way to return!!

This place was heaven. A spectacular old stone building with a great setting a few k from Ainsa. Their breakfasts were indescribably good, interesting, fresh and varied - we just decided to eat everything and forego lunch! Lovely change from the usual buffet breakfast (unless you are fussy - we were happy to eat what we got here!). Tragically the evening meal was only available one of our 3 evenings, or we would have eaten there each night. Very high quality and interesting food. Lovely people running the place. Spacious room.

We stayed with Daniel and Lucia as part of a walking holiday in Aragon and after three testing days of hiking and tiny village hotels we felt like we had entered an oasis of calm and tranquility. This was coupled with a level of detail and desire to deliver the most wonderful food possible, Daniel said he cooked for him and what he loved and you could see that in every aspect from the crazy cutlery to the beautiful table settings. If you love breakfast and appreciate the finer things in life then we recommend staying here, even the cake box was covered in leaves! We were really lucky to dine with them as part of the package and both nights dinner was full of creativity and love, Daniel even made us a lovely packed lunch for our walk the day after. We cannot thank you enough for making our stay with you so special. te veo pronto P.S. Palau Guell was stunning

I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and Posada Al Vent was one of the most unique and beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. If you appreciate antiques, beauty and art, this renovated medieval hotel is the place for you. The place is pristine, with attention to every detail. . . . The art everywhere, the antique furniture, the lightly scented candles and the high end upgrades from the renovation makes this an enchanting, magical room. We stayed in a junior terrace room that had a small terrace with a stunning view and was a wonderful place to relax while listening to the birds and enjoying the breeze. ABSOLUTELY have dinner if you can at the hotel - Daniel is an amazing chef and it’s so reasonably priced. His cooking rivals the best restaurants I’ve been to in my hometown of San Francisco. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were out of this world and the presentation of the food was artistic down to the beautiful cutlery and plate sets I was envying. Also get nearby restaurant recommendations from Daniel, you cannot go wrong. This is a wonderful place if you want to visit small quaint towns and do some hiking at Monte Perdido. We stayed at a Paradores in Biesla which had the convenience of being close to some hiking trails but had I known better, I would’ve stayed longer at Posada Al Vent. It really is that magical!

Toujours aussi exceptionnel Amabilité, prévenance, confort, calme, décoration... tout y est parfait Petits déjeuners et repas du soir très originaux, savoureux et à base de produits locaux sains et naturels. La vue de certaines chambre est exceptionnelle de tôt le matin à tard dans la nuit où les étoiles scintillent

Si te gusta desconectar, el confort... Si eres detallista y te gusta que lo sean contigo. Si te gusta la naturaleza y la privacidad. Todo esto está aquí, en Al Vent. Puedes descansar o planificar un día de actividades. Sería un placer repetir.

Exceptionnel ! Il faut trouver et réserver, car cela en vaut la peine et largement le détour.. Un hôtel d'exception dans un petit village du haut Aragon, pas loin de Ainsa. Chambres très agréables, propres, décorées avec beaucoup de goût, salon de lecture ou de musique exceptionnel et cadre magnifique. Petits déjeuners uniques au monde !

Hotel muy bien cuidado, detalles al máximo nivel y la limpieza espectacular . Las toallas y ropa de cama oliendo a gloria. El silencio reina en el lugar y la tranquilidad que se respira es muy acogedora . Que pena que estemos tan lejos . Recomendable 100%

El lugar es precioso, todo con un gusto y una dedicación asombrosa pero respecto a los celiacos, no saben llevar el tema de la contaminación siendo que estaban más que avisados. Cuando nos preguntaron si el pan sin gluten lo podían tostar en el tostador normal… no nos lo podiamos creer y efectivamente nos contaminaron, tuvimos que anular la comida que teníamos programada y pasamos un dia horroroso. Si no se forman al respecto, sería mejor que no ofrecieran el servicio.
