Hotel Columbia & Spa

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location as it’s not far from the ski lifts if your driving or ski bus stop (we did not use ). Breakfast was excellent with a really good selection selection - from cakes, cereals , breads, yogurts, fruit as well as hot ( eggs, bacon, pancakes , sausages) and cold food ( salads, meats, cheese etc) plus Great coffee and juices. Breakfast was only starting at 8am, so if your a die hard skier then you need to be quick to get onto the slopes when they open at 830 or 9. We also walked into the main town from here - only about 10minutes, my only issue is there is not much of a pavement down the hill and you have to walk on the road - not the hotels fault however - take a torch !! Plenty of parking too. You can also walk behind the hotel via the park to the old Olympic stadium ( worth a visit and see where the James Bond movie was set!!) or rock climbing wall. The room was a 3 bedroom family room - a decent size actually with plenty of wardrobe storage and draw units. Bathroom was big enough for us and We also had a bath with was a nice treat for a change !! Really friendly reception and owner - allowed us to have pizza delivered too 👍 as well as a bar for evening drinks. There is a spa facility attached too but this is an extra cost , I did use it and it was professionally run, very clean and tidy , great massage 👌🏻, usual stuff - tub, large sauna , steam room, plunge pool and ice cold bucket !! Relaxing lounger chairs with fab views of the mountains !! Changing rooms and shower. So overall I was very pleased and would stay again.

We loves our one week stay here. Rooms were old fashioned but bathrooms are new and big. All areas were clean, beds very comfortable. Location is also great, 10minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast delicious. For me rooms lack kettles in it to make coffee or tea, on the other hand staff was exceptional and always took care to make tea any time we wantd.

Everything was perfect. Even if their room is a bit old fashioned to my taste but their bed is good to sleep on and their bathroom is modern which was the main reason I decided we booked on this hotel. We thanked Monica and Marcel. We had a room with a balcony facing the beautiful mountains. Breakfast was great. No parking problem. Marcel told us a safer way going to the center of Cortina without walking along the road which did not have pavements. Loved our stay here. Our room is tidied perfectly. Thanks to the ladies who do their job well. We stayed here for 3 nights. Highly recommended.

Great ski chalet, with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are super comfortable, with lots of space. No issues with parking either. The hosts were very helpful, and had excellent suggestions for restaurants.

La mia recensione è unicamente rivolta alla spa. Invece che rilassarmi mi sono solo innervosita. La spa è piccola, circa 60 mq, senza piscina, con una sola vasca idromassaggio che può accogliere 4 persone. Il personale non ha messo un limite di ingresso e la stanza è risultat sovraffollata in un ora e meno (20 persone) Dei ragazzi maleducatissimi hanno mangiato la frutta dentro il bagno turco, uno schifo inaccettabile ! Lo staff dovrebbe necessariamente porre un limite massimo di persone da far entrare, a mio avviso massimo 10. Oltre a tale numero non diventa né rilassante ma solo caotico!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 7 al 10 gennaio 2025 e siamo stati veramente bene. Albergo molto curato, personale capace e gentile, camere pulitissime e colazione ottima con dolci, salumi, uova etc. Un ringraziamento ancora a Marcel, persona molto a modo, molto capace nel suo lavoro. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti
