Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Rochetta Tanaro" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. The pool of the 'Agriturismo dei Fiori' (12 x 6 m, 1,20-2,00 m deep, 01.06.-30.09.) located at a distance of approx. ca. 2000 m, can be used by our guests for a fee of: EUR 10 per person/day. 4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Oil heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Natural stone floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Very clean house, former farm with solid and authentic furniture. Welcoming reception, very friendly owners. Lots of space and lots of privacy. Fantastic environment. Well equipped. We have not seen the swimming pool shown in the photos, as far as we know

Spacious holiday home in a beautiful quiet area with delicious restaurants nearby. Only downside is the lack of a pool. Super Wi-Fi!
