Barceló Corralejo Sands

The hotel is nice and new and the suites wre spacious with good amenities. Theres a mini fridge witb water and tea and coffee facilities. the bedrooms large with a chair and a huge 65 in flat screen. Only 2 english channels but u can take a fire stick if u have one. We went half board and food is gery good plentiful even if u are a fussy eater. The AI in my view was not worth the money as its cheap to wat and drink out 2.5 € for a beer €15 fir a meal. The entertainment was ok but go out most nights. Beds see are big and comfy. Pool is spacious and sun beds are always available and we saw no loungers being grabbed first thing it was all quite civilised. Air con is average but the hotel itself is on a back rd literally 2 min walk to the lively strip in corralejo. Taxi from airport is €57. Overall a lovely hotel in a lovely resort. We will definitely come back. Good value ror money with staff who can speak english well. Hotel is immaculate throughout and staff are friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a 10 night stay here, we had a fabulous time. The staff were all fantastic, the staff in the pool bar were particularly helpful and took time to show us the menus and explain how everything worked. The animation team were all friendly, we enjoyed the aqua gym, daily challenge and the evening entertainment. This hotel is perfect if you want a clean, relaxing break where everything is taken care of. If you want all day / evening entertainment and a lively bar area, this possibly isn't the hotel for you as it is a bit more relaxed but it was perfect for what we wanted. Buffet food was good quality with lots of choices, what you would expect in a buffet with theme nights most nights. Pool bar menu was excellent. The theatre bar was also great with lovely cocktails. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to all for an enjoyable holiday.

Went to this hotel last year so decided to try it again and it was still as good as last time . Arrived to friendly reception staff very helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard, lovely touch that they had left a bottle of cava and chocolates as it was our special wedding anniversary this year. The pool was not too cold and great to see that you can't get a lounger till 9am so no rushing down at stupid time to reserve one, saying that plenty of loungers no matter what time. The food was delicious and plentiful, freshly cooked options but plenty to choose from (not great for your waistline ) . Different themed nights from Chinese to Moroccan . Special shout it to Mauri the waiter in the evening (and morning), a credit to the hotel always friendly and smiling.

We booked last minute and after reading reviews thought it was going to be good but wasnt expecting it to be as great as it was. The hotel and facilities are spotless, with great cleanliness in the rooms as well. Lots of day time entertainment for adults and children alike, the children's splash pool and park are great and separate from the main pool. We went all inclusive and love the fact the lunch time menu was a la carte, the buffet breakfast was a 10/10 every day. The dinner some times lacked in variety and the main protein which was cooked in front of you but for everyone was mostly over done but all food was still tasty and enjoyable. Service is great, and staff were really good with kids. Location is amazing, with a short 10 minute walk to the old town marina. 5 minutes to one of the beaches and 5 minutes to the main strip with shops and bars.

We visited for the first time in September 25.we were looking for a hotel close to the town but relatively quiet the hotel ticked both boxes .check in was OK though our rooms weren't ready. When we got our room it was lovely really clean ground floor ( though I did ask for a first floor but hey ho ) cleaned daily very modern .the restaurant was great lots of choice and well prepared food with nightly theme nights .the grounds like the rest of the hotel were lovely well cared for.tge pool wasn't as big as the pictures suggest but big enough with salt water and invigorating temperature. The sun beds are policed closely.no access till 9am and that means people getting down there early to grab their favourite spot .if a bed isn't used after 30 mins of reserving they take your towel off .the pool towel situation is a bit farcical.you get a towel in your room .if you want to change it you need a card from reception. Every time you change towels you need another card from reception. On checkout though we didn't hand in a card or a towel and weren't charged 20 euros as they said they would. Animation team worked hard during the day .check out was good we opted for a taxi transfer to airport costing 60 euros buts transfer can be long winded due to lots of drop offs .really enjoyed our stay and nay return in March for a week. I would recommend a good hotel in a great place in a town with lots to do

Visited here Sep for 2 weeks, it was our 4th visit and it did not dissapoint. Unfortunatley i was poorly while i was there and had to go to hospital. I have to say the concern, kindness and support shown by the staff and management was second to none. All staff work endlesly and hard to make your stay a special one. We met some really lovely people, Special hello to Luca and staff in the pool bar you all work very hard. We look forward to seeing you next year.
