OK you can read all the negative reviews. But thr truth is the complex is lovely. Yes a little dated . We are in a 2 bedroom apartment. The beds are comfortable enough. The pull out bed is comfortable. The pillows a little soft for me. You have most things in the kitchen to get by. Don't really use it. There was 2 stand up fans supplied in the room for the bedrooms. The sitting room has a ceiling fan. All adequate. There are 3 pools all fairly clean never get over crowded and plenty of loungers and barli beds. A nice pool ber and beers are €3.50. Cocktails €6.20..location you couldn't being a better spot. Market and shops literally next door water park 10 minutes away . Beach about the same. The strip is at the top of the road. Check in is OK but make sure you email as its not 24hr. The response was good and informative as to our room number and key location. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing time with plenty to do. I'm definitely coming back . Still 4 nights left and I can't really find much wrong nearly perfect 👌

Excellent appartments perfect spot for relaxing and chilling by the pool and eating out at night I stayed at app 264 Perfect .only 15 minute walk to town And all the shops and restaurants Plus entertainment car and bike hire available next door market twice a week Next to the apartments.

Went here on a recommendation. I wish I read the reviews first. This complex is sooo dated and lacks care and attention. 1 good thing is location. That is it. The welcome on reception set the tone..." room is ready, you got the email" as he looked back to his computer. We found the apartment and where do I start. Went to open patio door but the latch was broken. There was a bolt in the middle of the frame that needed to be removed.the chairs on the patio are old and metal and rusty. Have not seen a coat of paint in years which in turn put rust stains on the dirty cushions. All the cups and pots were not clean so I set about doing those and as soon as I turned the tap on a lot of ant started comes from the sink. That evening I tried having a shower. It went from extreme hot to freezing. Then we started noticing more ants on the workspaces. At this point we simply had enough. I went to reception but the door appeared lock. The email states it's not a 24hr reception so I thought nothing of this as to be honest there was nothing reception could at that stage to change our minds. I checked in on the 7th may 2025 gor 7 nights and was never so glad to check out on the 8th and booked a local hotel nearby for the other 6 nights. The following day I get a satisfaction survey email so I fill it in. About 1 hour later I get a call from a very irate man who tells me he would have fumigated the apartment. Would he not do that before guests arrive or maybe do some basic upkeep to give a welcoming feeling for guest as opposed to do as little as possible and then only fix that guests have a problem with. As I said earlier, I was never so glad to leave an apartment and the loss of 6 nights was a small price to pay as we could not have stayed any longer. The person who recommended them to me books airbandb so maybe privately owned apartments might be better maintained but at all costs avoid booking directly with hotel. Unfortunately I can't seem to upload a video showing the ants all over the floors, walls and work surfaces

Location is fantastic. The pool areas were lovely and bar staff super friendly. Grounds are kept beautiful. Apartment itself was ok and wasn’t expecting much as only 3 star, but it is quite lacking for self catering and found we had to eat out more than we were going to due to the lack of utensils and equipment to be able to cook, it is barely self catering, would have been easy to add a few extras at minimal cost to make cooking easier, also lacking in plug sockets in the kitchen. Apartment was fairly clean but bathroom could do with a deeper clean, whipping a mop round doesn’t always do the job and the floor needs someone to get in to the corners and edges as they have got pretty dirty. Disappointed that the double bed was 2 singles pushed together and they wouldn’t stay together and made up with single sheets so there was no point even pushing them together as with single sheets we still ended up sleeping separately. The place wasn’t awful and for a 3 star ok, but unfortunately we probably wouldn’t come back due to the points above, I booked self catering because I wanted to cook, so next time I would either find somewhere with better facilities or book a hotel. We still had a nice stay.

back recently from a christmas break with my daughter to atlantic gardens. rated by jet2 as 3 star. it is 1 at best. we got there on saturday afternoon & there was no reception team we needed to access a key via safety box and let ourselves in. so no option for a safe on arrival for money passports & cards. my daughter is 15 so we obviously do not share a bed & i made up the sofa bed for myself, or tried but they had only left enough blankets and sheets for the main bedroom all of which were disgusting with blood make up and general dirt & no pillow cases for the grubby pillows. it was chilly too, so we ended up sleeping in our coats with some of the less dirty bedding and our beach towels so barely any sleep of course! i went to reception sunday & the bar said there was no reception team at the weekend & to come back monday, this on a 5 night break and i have nobody on site to give me some clean/extra bedding, shocking. the whole room was filthy with spiders webs, marks & dust, no safe still either on sunday my only option was to spend ages texting and whatsapp'ing various jet2 staff to try to sort some were useful some useless but either way taking my holiday time up on the phone when i should be relaxing was not ideal. someone rang me late sunday afternoon to say they could sort & leave the bedding & towels in the room with a safe key, i had reported no tv remote too this followed later, but zero english language channels not even bbc world service. the room remained dirty with a spiders breeding ground with eggs on show in the kitchen window & i could write the word filthy on the wardrobe shelf in the thick dust, sadly after i had already placed my clothes in there. on returning to the room after a late lunch to make up the beds etc, i was amazed to find our front door was left open anyone could have walked in and at this point we still had no safe and there was a tablet a phone cash money and credit cards alongside passports just sat on a bedroom shelf how hard is it to lock a door behind you! we got on with the holiday as best we could but the room was rubbish, paying extra for a pool view room was pointless as such an overhanging balcony meant our downstairs room got zero sun all week. there were no coat hooks, no lock on the bathroom door, the fridge buzzed all night so sleeping a few feet away on the sofa bed was a nightmare, the front door lock was broken so you could not internally dead lock for security, the bedroom door so warped it could not be closed, 1 plug in kitchen for toaster kettle and microwave so this made breakfast more time consuming than it need be, put an extra socket in or at least an adapter. one female bar staff, the colombian looking lady was very rude and never smiled all week we were there, shouting oi and ringing a bell to collect your own food order etc, but she clears the tables so a bit odd she cannot served to you also, even when you tried a little spanish with her she screwed her face up and said what i dont

This ‘hotel’ has really gone downhill. We first visited in December 2021 and whilst it was basic it was spotless and there was an actual reception to report issues to if needs be. Now it is just a WhatsApp number. I believe the reception does open but we have no idea of times. This year I am actually disgusted at the state of the apartment, the black mould in the shower is something else, we’ve been here for 3 full days and have not spotted a housekeeper yet! There is a mop & brush on the balcony so I’m assuming housekeeping is a DIY affair? My sister has a larger family than I and is residing in a Bali Suite, it is so ill equipped in terms of basic kitchen items and utensils that she’s had to borrow from my and my mothers apartments as well as buy some items. My mother had this exact suite in 2022 and it was excellent. The WiFi is non existent. We are in room 168, and it is pitch black outside the room at night. My husband is visually impaired and he is struggling to get around. There are lights in the hotel grounds in close proximity to our room, but they are not working/ not turned on. There are so many loose/ missing tiles in the children’s pool, it requires some TLC. We were so looking forward to our visit as we had such an enjoyable one 3 years ago, however we have been severely let down and will not return. My parents are here on their tenth visit and have decided that, sadly, this is their last, I think this speaks volumes. I’m literally giving it 2 points for location.
