What a lovely hotel ,great staff especially Benjamin, Blonde girl think spell her name Neale superb . Rooms extremely comfortable and cleaned every day but we said no a few times wasn't needed maids work so hard and very friendly. The daytime entertainment with Emanaul brilliant and made everyone feel inclusive . The pool bar in the day was self serve for sift drinks wine and beer ! In between the all inclusive meals toasties, pizzas ( lovely and fresh). Fruit and croissant. Every night was a theme night but still a great choice of food with permanent show cooking. Entertainment especially Bruno Mars Tribute fabulous. Met some lovely couples . Some people have moaned about the closeness of beds well plenty of room to reposition. As for people meeting around the pool bar and allegedly being annoying no way was adults enjoying drinks and having a laugh. The music could be loud around the pool but just turn it down or move away! Can't recommend enough

Spent 10 days here and had a great time. Our pool view room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Towels changed every 2 days and sheets once weekly. Deposit and daily charge for the safe. We thought the variety of food was good for an all inclusive, there were always several hot dishes available, 2 or 3 things being cooked fresh and plenty of salad options. The pool bar serves snacks in between restaurant times. The pool area was cleaned every morning and there was always a sunbed available. Deposit for hotel towels or you can use your own. The pool bar was well stocked. Beer, wine, hot drinks and soft drinks were all self service which was great as didn't have to queue. Deposit for plastic cups or you can use your own. The animation staff were friendly and did their best to get people involved in games, the dart board and pool table have seen better days but we still enjoyed playing. Other guests were pleasant and the general atmosphere is relaxed. The evening bar area could do with a tidy up and coat of paint but we went into town most evenings anyway. The singer we saw was very good and they had a bingo night, a quiz night and magic show night. A short stroll down to the beach where there are several bars along the front heading around to the harbour. Small shopping centre and a few bars within a 10 minute walk. We walked into town and back several times 20/30 minutes or it was only €5 to €7 for a cab. Lovely town with plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. On departure day there is luggage storage and a shower room available and you can use the pool and restaurant until your pick up time. Our only negative observation at the hotel was that the patio doors would rattle loudly, whether in the wind, when someone in the block opened or closed their own patio or room door or even when people walked down the corridor. Perhaps some sort of draught excluder could reduce this. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the staff were all polite, efficient and helpful and we were very happy with the facilities and surroundings.

This was our 3rd stay here unfortunately on the 2nd night our room was broken in to. Went to report this to reception who were less than helpful. After this I could not sleep to think someone was in our room whilst we were sleeping. Reception said we cud get a room on a higher floor to which i said no. We spent the next 8 nights with a chair up against the door. If this was my business and someone had this happen i would bend over backwards to help them and apologise. No one even came to see us after this to check if we were ok. Money was taken other rooms were broken in to also. This just made us feel uneasy. Food was good as always, hotel was clean and tidy.

We went here for the half term break in Feb with all the family about 11 of us in total! We stayed in room 401 looking over the pool area. Rooms were spacious and clean!. And the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels! Down side to the room was the beds were rock hard but that's my preference, I prefer a softer mattress. The food was good! Your typical all inclusive, but something for everyone with different themed nights. The kids loved the pizza . Beer and soft drinks on tap, self service which was great!! Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us very welcome and when we requested extra pillows on our first night, they arrived within 10 minutes. Location of the hotel was excellent. All flat and only a 20 min walk into the main town and beach. Our lil girl loved the 2 cats which ran about and slept in the reception area. Lol Overall we will definitely be back to this hotel. Made our family holiday a one to remember which we will alway look back on with fond memories

You are greeted at reception with smiles and we've been lucky to have a room overlooking the pool. The food is good, microwave available if not hot enough for your taste, desserts are delicious. Warm and cold pool. Swimming not allowed before 10am, great that towels are not allowed on sunbeds before 10, some sneak on at 9am! Plenty of beds. Pool bar great and snack foods available. 3rd year here. Pool towels 10€ deposit and 1€ exchange for clean one during your stay. More suitable for adults, nothing for children except small pool. Gentle walk to beach and town. All inclusive includes soft drinks, hot drinks, beer and spirits.

Arrived here in the afternoon, receptionist was spot on, explained where the room and facilities was located perfectly. Room itself was clean and tidy, with big bathroom and shower. 2 pools, standard freezing cold pool and a not so cold pool, only fault i have with this is you aren’t allowed to use pool until 10am, also plenty of sun loungers. Snack bar is OK self service for soft drinks and beer. Pizzas and other snacks are served throughout the day while open but not enough as it’s gone in 2 minutes of it being out. Breakfast was the best meal of the day for me as the lunch and dinners were OK, always something there that you could eat, plenty of salad. Downside to lunches and dinners were that the heat lamp above it wasn’t doing much as on majority of the nights some of the food i picked up which was meant to be hot was stone cold. Staff are lovely can’t fault them at all, always quick to clear table when you are finished, very polite and always smiling. Location is good as your only a 10 minute walk from the main part of Corralejo, plenty of E-scooters around and very easy to get a taxi. Beach is also 5 minute walk away.
