Fuentepark Apartamentos

We stayed here from the 7th to 21st of September through jet2 holidays & it was the worst holiday we have ever had. The place was filthy with a cleaner coming in twice a week "to apparently clean" the bed base was like a torture rack with big bars of wood & rusty staples sticking through it & should have been put in a skip the mattresses were thin, tea towel never changed, cracked razor sharp tiles, ants every where, cobwebs, mold on wall at air con & in bathroom. no large cleaning brush or mop. Then the solid marble at the bathroom sink collapsed minutes after my husband had been standing there. We were then bribed by the hotel rep Michael & told if we signed a waiver saying all our issues had been resolved we could keep the room on for free on departure day "which was declined" I raised a complaint with jet2 & have been offered a £120 voucher which I have also declined. AVOID THIS HOTEL it is a filthy death trap. And the pool had paint all coming off it & was never cleaned either. Thus place is falling to bits & needs closed down & fully refurbished. How jet2 can sell this I don't know!!!!

We have just come back from Fuentepark apartments & can say it was one of the best places we have stayed. Straight away we were greeted by a friendly & helpful receptionist on arrival with complimentary vouchers for free sangria at the pool bar. On the second day of our stay, one member of our family had a birthday & a bottle of wine was delivered to our door with a note wishing them a happy birthday. Also a few days into our holiday the air conditioning in the apartment below needed fixing. The hotel staff needed to be in our room to turn everything off etc (which was no trouble to us at all) Hours later another bottle of wine & note were delivered to our door to apologise for any inconvenience caused, which was a great gesture but no inconvenience was caused at all. The rooms were clean, we stayed in room 68 overlooking the pool & had a great view of the hotel & sun on the balcony constantly. The beds were comfortable & our 15 year old child found the sofa bed very comfortable to sleep in. The location of the hotel was great with just a few 100 metres walk to the shops, bars & restaurant. Would 100% recommend people to stay there & if we ever went on holiday to Corralejo again we would definitely stay here again

We usually stay at 4/5* hotels. However with having a 15 year old, accommodation with a separate sleeping area/2 bed apartment is a must this year. Failing to find a hotel with interconnecting rooms we were recommended Fuentepark Apartments. We were concerned given the apartments are just 3* with no entertainment and just one pool. Impressions on our late night arrival = excellent. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The complex is clean, tidy, safe and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Staff work extremely hard to ensure your experience is the best. We had a problem with the room.we had been allocated which was sorted out on day 2 when we were moved to a room on the opposite side of the pool. Unfortunately we had another issue with the second room. The electricity stopped working twice. Once when we were our and a second time during the night. Maintenance sorted it all out. The management, reception staff, room cleaning staff and the maintenance team all get 10 out of 10 for organisational, professionalism, kindness, empathy and skills. The pool is ideally situated in a dip to avoid the winds thst sometimes pick up in Fuerteventura. Would be fabulous if the bar was to open at 10/11am for breakfast and there was some entertainment. *Tip* The Barcelo Corralejo Sands which is at the back of the complex, allow non guest in for their buffet breakfast at the cost of €15 each a day. On your departure day the use of a shower room, frest towels and toiletries are offered as well as a room to leave your luggage. Check out is 12noon, our flight wasn't until 9pm. Fuentepark comes with my high recommendations with all thanks to the lovely staff.

First time visiting with 2 young kids on their first holiday.Staff really helpful from the moment we arrived and apartment perfect . Lovely view from the balcony to the pool . The kids loved the the pool and plenty of days fun had . Not wanting to go home but we will be back very soon .

We chose these apts for the Good location too all the amenities bars and shops,the apartments are very dated but clean I would take your own towels,they are very worn and rough decent size pool but there is 4 lots of stairs down too the pool only one has handrail.

The staff at Fuentepark are so welcoming and professional and are always eager to help. The tiling around the complex especially outside apartments could do with replacing and cleaning but we loved it. The pool is cleaned every day and is nice to swim in
